Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji hubungan disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja dengan kinerja karyawan secara empirik pada PT Makmur Dekorindo Lestari Medan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 99 karyawan dan seluruhnya menjadi sampel total dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 99 responden. Skala kinerja karyawan mewakili penilaian pada kinerja tugas, perilaku kerja, dan perilaku kontra produktif. Skala disiplin kerja mewakili penilaian pada ketaatan waktu, tanggung jawab pekerjaan, dan pemahaman peraturan. Skala lingkungan kerja mewakili penilaian pada lingkungan kerja fisik dan lingkungan kerja non fisik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional menggunakan persamaan regresi linear berganda. Penemuan dalam penelitian ini mengungkap disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja memiliki hubungan kuat (r=0,762) dengan kinerja karyawan secara simultan. Kinerja karyawan hanya setengah kemungkinannya (57,2%) dapat diprediksi oleh disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja. Temuan penting dalam penelitian ini di tengah isu antar generasi yang sedang berkembang mengungkap semakin bertambah usia seorang karyawan, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja berkontribusi semakin besar dalam memprediksi kinerja karyawan. This study aims to test relationship between work discipline and work environment with employee performance empirically at PT Makmur Dekorindo Lestari Medan. The population in this study were 99 employees and all of them became the total sample in this study as many as 99 respondents. The employee performance scale which represent assessments on task performance, work behavior, and counter productive behavior. The work discipline scale which represent assessments on time observance, job responsibility, and understanding regulations. The work environment scale which represent assessments on physical work environment and non-physical work environment. The research method used is quantitative research with correlational approach using multiple linear regression equations. The invention in this study reveals that work discipline and work environment have a strong relationship (r=0,762) with employee performance simultaneously. Employee performance is only half of the probability (57,2%) predicted by work discipline and work environment. Important invention in this study amidst development of intergenerational issues reveals that the older an employee gets, work discipline and work environment are contributing more in predicting employee performance.
