Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh WLB dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Komitmen Organisasi pada Personel Polisi Polres Tebing Tinggi. Populasi penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 356 personel polisi polres Tebing Tinggi. Pengambilan sampel penelitian ini dengan teknik quota sampling. Quota sampling adalah teknik untuk menentukan sampel dari populasi yang mempunyai ciri-ciri tertentu sampai jumlah (kuota) yang diinginkan. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 162 personel. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian penelitian disimpulkan bahwa: pada hipotesis pertama terlihat ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara work life balance terhadap komitmen organisasi, dimana koefisien tx1y = 8.203 dengan p = 0.00 berarti p<0.05, hipotesis kedua terlihat ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara kepuasan kerja dengan komitmen organisasi, dimana koefisien tx2y = 23.195 dengan p = 0.000, berarti p<0.05. Hipotesis ketiga terlihat ada pengaruh yang signifikan work life balance dan kepuasan kerja secara bersamaan terhadap komitmen organisasi dimana koefisien F = 876.888; dengan p = 0.000 berarti p < 0,050. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disarankan kepada pimpinan dan personel untuk meningkatkan work life balance personel dengan mempertimbangkan tanggung jawab dan beban tugas para personel sehingga menimbulkan komitmen organisasi yang tinggi. Sedangkan untuk peneliti selanjutnya untuk meneliti faktor-faktor lain yang mempengaruhi komitmen organisasi seperti quality of work life dan perceived organizational support. This research aims to determine the influence of WLB and Job Satisfaction on Organizational Commitment in Tebing Tinggi Police Police Personnel. The population of this study was 356 Tebing Tinggi Police police personnel. This research sample was taken using quota sampling technique. Quota sampling is a technique for determining a sample from a population that has certain characteristics up to the desired number (quota). The research sample consisted of 162 personnel. This research uses quantitative methods. Based on the results of research testing, it is concluded that: in the first hypothesis there is a significant influence between work life balance and organizational commitment, where the coefficient tx1y = 8.203 with p = 0.00 means p<0.05, the second hypothesis shows there is a significant influence significant relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment, where the coefficient tx2y = 23.195 with p = 0.000, meaning p <0.05. The third hypothesis shows that there is a significant influence of work life balance and job satisfaction simultaneously on organizational commitment where the coefficient F = 876.888; with p = 0.000 means p < 0.050. Based on the research results, it is recommended for leaders and personnel to improve the work life balance of personnel by considering the responsibilities and workload of personnel so as to create high organizational commitment. Meanwhile, future researchers will examine other factors that influence organizational commitment, such as quality of work life and perceived organizational support.
