dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan Kepuasan Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja dengan Kebahagiaan personil Polres Tebing Tinggi. Metode penelitian adalah kuantitatif jenis deskriptif korelatif dengan pola kajian korelatif dengan menempatkan variabel penelitian dalam dua kelompok yaitu variabel bebas dan variabel terikat. Populasi penelitian adalah anggota personil kepolisian Polres Tebing Tinggi. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Proportional Random Sampling dengan jumlah sampel terpilih sebanyak 109 orang, metode pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen Kepuasan Kerja dan instrumen Lingkungan Kerja dan instrumen Kebahagiaan personil. Analisis data penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Signifikansi hubungan kepuasan kerja dengan kebahagiaan personil ditunjukkan oleh koefisien rx1y = 0,354 dan p = 0,000 dengan p < 0,05 ; (2) Signifikansi hubungan lingkungan kerja dengan kebahagiaan personil ditunjukkan oleh koefisien rx2y = 0,368 dan p = 0,000dengan p < 0,05 ; (3) Signifikansi hubungan kepuasan kerja dan lingkungan kerja dengan kebahagiaan personil ditunjukkan oleh koefisien koefisien F = 8,581 dan R (koefisien regresi) = 0,373 sedangkan R2= 0,139 dengan p = 0,000 (p < 0,05) dengan Std. Error of the Estimate yaitu 7,46197, makin kecil nilai SEE dan jika semakin mendekati angka 0 (nol) maka semakin akurat analisis regresinya. Angka akurasinya adalah 100% - 7,46197 = 92,55767%. Hasil dari analisis Regresi Berganda menghasilkan model persamaan regresi Y = 66,043 + 0,089X1 + 0,154X2yang berarti memiliki hubungan yang positif. This study aims to determine whether there is a correlation between Job Satisfaction and Work Environment on the Happiness of Tebing Tinggi Police personnel. The research method is a quantitative descriptive correlative type with a correlative study pattern by placing the research variables in two groups, namely the independent variable and the dependent variable. The research population was members of the Tebing Tinggi Police. The sampling technique used the Proportional Random Sampling technique with a total sample of 109 people selected, the data collection method used the Job Satisfaction instrument and the Work Environment instrument and the Personnel Happiness instrument. Analysis of the research data shows that (1) the significance of the correlation between job satisfaction and personnel happiness is indicated by the coefficient rx1y = 0.354 and p = 0.000 with p <0.05; (2) The significance of the correlation between work environment and personnel happiness is indicated by the coefficient rx2y = 0.368 and p = 0.000 with p <0.05; (3) The significance of the correlation between job satisfaction and work environment and personnel happiness is indicated by the coefficients F = 8.581 and R (regression coefficient) = 0.373 while R2 = 0.139 with p = 0.000 (p <0.05) with Std. The Error of the Estimate is 7.46197, the smaller the SEE value and the closer to 0 (zero) the more accurate the regression analysis. The accuracy rate is 100% - 7.46197 = 92.55767%. The results of the Multiple Regression analysis produce a regression equation model Y = 66.043 + 0.089X1 + 0.154X2 which means it has a positive correlation.en_US
