Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara work life balance dan komunikasi interpersonal dengan kepuasan kerja Anggota Polres Tebing Tinggi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah anggota Polres Tebing Tinggi sebanyak 124 responden dengan jumlah populasi sebesar 350 personil. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linier Berganda, uji hipotesa dan koefisien determinasi. Ada tiga hipotesis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini: (1) Ada pengaruh positif antara work life balance dengan kepuasan kerja, (2) Ada pengaruh positif antara komunikasi interpersonal dengan kepuasan kerja, (3) Ada pengaruh positif antara work life balance dan komunikasi interpersonal dengan kepuasan kerja. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian : (1) Ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara work life balance dan komunikasi interpersonal terhadap kepuasan kerja, dimana f hitung > f tabel yaitu 93,669 > 3,92 dengan p = 0,000 < 0,05, (2) Ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara work life balance terhadap kepuasan kerja dimana t hitung > t tabel yaitu 13,609 > 2,05 dengan p = 0,000 < 0,05. 3) Ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara komunikasi interpersonal terhadap kepuasan kerja dimana t hitung > t tabel yaitu 7,716 > 2,05. Kontribusi work life balance dan komunikasi interpersonal terhadap kepuasan kerja adalah sebesar 60,8 %, sedangkan sisanya 39,2 % dipengaruhi oleh variabel dan faktor lain. This study aims to determine the effect between work-life balance and interpersonal communication with job satisfaction of Tebing Tinggi Police Members. The subjects in this study were members of the Tebing Tinggi Police Station as many as 124 respondents with population amounted to 350 personnel. The data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression, hypothesis testing and the coefficient of determination. There are three hypotheses used in this study: (1) There is a positive influence between work-life balance and job satisfaction, (2) There is a positive influence between interpersonal communication and job satisfaction, (3) There is a positive influence between work-life balance and interpersonal communication with job satisfaction. Based on the research results: (1) There is a significant influence between work life balance and interpersonal communication on job satisfaction, where f count> f table, which is 93.669> 3.92 with p = 0.000 <0.05, (2) There is a significant influence between work life balance on job satisfaction where t count> t table, which is 13.609> 2.05 with p = 0.000 <0.05. 3) There is a significant influence between interpersonal communication on job satisfaction where t count> t table, which is 7.716> 2.05. The contribution of work life balance and interpersonal communication to job satisfaction is 60.8%, while the remaining 39.2% is influenced by other variables and factors.
