Abstract: Secara empirik, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan motivasi berprestasi dan dukungan keluarga dengan keterlibatan siswa. Student engangement (keterlibatan siswa) adalah frekuensi siswa untuk memiliki kemauan dalam kegiatan rutin maupun program sekolah baik di dalam dan di luar kelas dengan indikator perilaku, emosional dan kognitif selama studinya di sekolah. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 120 siswa dan yang menjadi sampel penelitian sebanyak 120 siswa, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala yaitu skala student engagement (keterlibatan siswa), skala motivasi berprestasi dan skala dukungan keluarga. Teknik analisis data dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan metode analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis yang diajukan diterima, yakni: (1) ada hubungan positif yang signifikan antara Motivasi Berprestasi terhadap Student Engagement dilihat dari nilai koefisien determinan (Rxy) = 0,681 dengan p = 0.000 < 0.050, dengan sumbangan signifikan antara Motivasi Berprestasi terhadap Student Engagement adalah 46,3%. (2) ada hubungan positif yang signifikan antara Dukungan Keluarga terhadap Student Engagement dilihat dari nilai koefisien determinan (Rxy) = 0,747 dengan p = 0.000 < 0.050, dengan sumbangan antara Dukungan Keluarga terhadap Student Engagement adalah 55,8%. (3) ada hubungan positif yang signifikan antara Motivasi Berprestasi dan Dukungan Keluarga terhadap Student Engagement dilihat dari nilai koefisien determinan (Rxy) = 0,653 dengan p = 0.000 < 0.050, dengan sumbangan antara Motivasi Berprestasi dan Dukungan Keluarga terhadap Student Engagement adalah 42,6%. Empirically, this study aims to see the correlation between achievement motivation and family support with student involvement. Student engagement is the frequency of students' willingness to participate in routine activities and school programs both inside and outside the classroom with behavioral, emotional and cognitive indicators during their studies at school. The population of this study was 120 students and the research sample was 120 students, with the sampling technique using total sampling technique. The data collection technique uses scales, namely the student engagement scale, the achievement motivation scale and the family support scale. Data analysis techniques and hypothesis testing using multiple regression analysis method. The results of the research show that the proposed hypothesis is accepted, namely: (1) there is a significant positive correlation between Achievement Motivation and Student Engagement seen from the determinant coefficient (Rxy) = 0.681 with p = 0.000 < 0.050, with a significant contribution between Achievement Motivation and Student Engagement being 46.3%. (2) there is a significant positive correlation between Family Support and Student Engagement seen from the determinant coefficient (Rxy) = 0.747 with p = 0.000 < 0.050, with the contribution of Family Support to Student Engagement being 55.8%. (3) there is a significant positive correlation between Achievement Motivation and Family Support on Student Engagement as seen from the determinant coefficient (Rxy) = 0.653 with p = 0.000 < 0.050, with the contribution between Achievement Motivation and Family Support on Student Engagement being 42.6% .
