Abstract: Resiliensi Akademik adalah kemampuan mengatasi masalah dan respon perilaku seperti apa yang ditunjukkan terhadap kesulitan belajar. Resiliensi akademik dapat dihubungani oleh faktor internal dan faktor eksternal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa hubungan efikasi diri dan dukungan sosial teman sebaya siswa terhadap resiliensi akademik. Metode penelitian ini metode kuantitatif ex post facto co-relation study, yaitu metode penelitian untuk mencari hubungan variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat yang menunjukkan hubungan kausalitas. Sebayank 178 populasi SMA Negeri 2 Padang Bolak dan dipilih 123 sampel penelitian dengan cara Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah skala efikasi diri, dukungan sosial teman sebaya dan skala resiliensi akademik. Analisa data dilakukan dengan uji Regresi Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif efikasi diri terhadap resiliensi akademik dengan koefisien korelasi ry1, rhitung (0,421) > rtabel(0,176) dengan signifikansi thitung (5,0973) > ttabel (1,979). Selanjutnya dukungan sosial teman sebaya berhubungan positif dan signifikan terhadap resiliensi akademik dengan koefisien korelasi ry2, rhitung (0,3078) > rtabel (0,176) dengan signifikansi thitung (3,543) > ttabel (1,979). Efikasi diri dan dukungan sosial teman sebaya secara simultan berhubunganh positif dan signifikan terhadap resiliensi akademik dengan koefisien Ry12 (0,39326) > rtabel (0,176) R2 sebesar 0,63 atau 63% dan signifikansi uji Fhitung (38,890) > Ftabel (3,071). Academic resilience is the ability to solve problems and what kind of behavioral responses are shown to learning difficulties. Academic resilience can be influenced by internal factors and external factors. This study aims to analyze the effect of self-efficacy and peer social support on academic resilience. This research method is a quantitative ex post facto co-relation study, which is a research method to look for the influence of independent variabels on the dependent variabels which is shown a casual relationship. A total of 178 population of SMA Negeri 2 Padang Bolak and 123 reseacrh samples were selected bya means of proportionate stratified random sampling. The measurement used were self-efficacy scale, peer social support and academic resilience scale. Data analysis was performed with Multiple Regression test. The result showed that there was a positive effect of self-efficacy on academic resilience with a correlation coefficient ry1 rcount (0,421) > rtable (0,176) with a significance of tcount (5,0973) > ttable (1,979). Furthermore, peer social support has a positive and significant effect on academic resilience with a correlation coefficient ry2, rcount (0,3078) > rtable (0,176) with significance of tcount (3,543) > ttable (1,979). Self-efficacy and peer social support simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on academic resilience with coefficient Ry12, rcount (0,39326) > rtable (0,176) with R2 is 0,63 or 63% and significance test of Fcount (38,890) > Ftable (3,071).
