Pengaruh Self-Esteem dan Dukungan Keluarga terhadap Resiliensi pada Pelaku UMKM Sektor Kuliner di Kecamatan Medan Johor

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh self-esteem dan dukungan keluarga terhadap resiliensi pada pelaku UMKM sektor kuliner di Kecamatan Medan Johor. Populasi penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 54 pelaku UMKM sektor kuliner di kecamatan Medan Johor. Pengambilan penelitian ini dengan teknik total sampling, dimana seluruh populasi adalah sampel yaitu berjumlah 54 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah skala self-esteem, skala dukungan keluarga dan skala resiliensi. Analisa data menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Adanya pengaruh Self-Esteem terhadap resiliensi pengusaha UMKM di kecamatan Medan Johor, dimana nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.000 yaitu <0.05 maka hipotesis diterima. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini diperoleh bahwa semakin rendah self-esteem maka resiliensi pengusaha juga semakin rendah, dengan kontribusi sebesar 63.35%. (2) Tidak ada pengaruh dukungan Keluarga terhadap resiliensi pengusaha UMKM di kecamatan Medan Johor, dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.000 yaitu >0.05 maka hipotesis ditolak. Berdasarkan penelitian ini diperoleh data bahwa pengusaha UMKM dengan dukungan keluarga tinggi namun memiliki resiliense yang tinggi, dengan kontribusi sebesar 5.45%. (3) Ada pengaruh Self-esteem dan dukungan keluarga terhadap resiliensi pengusaha UMKM di Kecamatan Medan Johor, dengan signifikansi sebesar 0.000 yaitu <0.05 maka hipotesis diterima. Artinya variabel self-esteem dan variabel dukugan keluarga memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap resiliensi pengusaha UMKM dengan kontribusi sebesar 68.8%. The study aims to determine the effect of self-esteem and family support toward resilience of SMEsactor culinary sector in medan sub-district johor north sumatera.. the population in this study were 54 SMEsactor culinary sector in medan johor. Sampling in this study with a total sampling technique, where the entire population is a sample, which is 54 SMEsactor. The research uses a quantitative approach. The measurement conducted by using sels esteem scale, family support scale and resilience SMEs actor scale. Data on this research was analyze using regression test. The result showed that : (1) there is effect selfesteem toward resilience MSMEsactor in medan sub-district johor, where the significancy value was 0.000 < 0.05 then the hypothesis is accepted. Based on the results of this study, it was found that the lower the self-esteem, the lower the resilience of MSME actor, with a contribution of 63.35%. (2) there is no effect of family support on the resilience of MSME actors in medan sub-district Johor, with a significance value of 0.406 which is >0.05, the hypothesis is rejected. Based on this studym data was obtained that MSME actors with high family support but have high resilience, with a contribution of 5.45%. (3) There is an effect of selfesteem and family support on the resilience of MSME actors in medan district johor, with a significance of 0.000 which is <0.05, the hypothesis is accepted. This means that self-esteem variables and family support variables have a significant effect on the resilience of MSME actors by 68.8%.
