Abstract: Selama pasca Pandemic Covid-19 telah banyak menyisakan permasalahan dalam kehidupan manusia, termasuk masalah pembelajaran. Situasi Learning Loss dan penurunan motivasi belajar adalah salah satu masalah yang urgent untuk segera diselesaikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan keterampilan belajar dalam quantum learning terhadap situasi learning loss dan motivasi belajar siswa pasca pandemic di SMP Negeri 7 Tebing Tinggi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Quasi Eksperimen dengan design pretest dan posttest. Sampel penelitian diambil secara purposive sampling melalui hasil sebanyak 75 siswa. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket tentang learning loss dan motivasi belajar. Uji hipotesis menggunakan Wilcoxon.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; 1) Skor learning loss saat pretest skor rata-rata 94,09 dan pada saat posttest diperoleh skor rata-rata 85,09, hal ini menunjukkan adanya penurunan skor learning loss yang dialami siswa setelah dilakukan pelatihan keterampilan dalam quantum learning. 2) Skor motivasi belajar saat pretest diperoleh skor rata-rata 124,11 dan pada saat posttest diperoleh skor rata-rata 129,92 hal ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa setelah diberikan pelatihan keterampilan belajar dalam quantum learning. Hipotesis penelitian 1 menunjukkan adapengaruh pelatihan keterampilan belajar dalam quantum learning terhadap situasi learning loss pasca pandemic di SMP Negeri 7 Tebing Tinggi. Hipotesis penelitian 2 menunjukkan ada pengaruh pelatihan keterampilan belajar dalam quantum learning terhadap motivasi belajar siswa pasca pandemic di SMP Negeri 7 Tebing Tinggi. During the post-COVID-19 pandemic, many problems have arisen in human life, including learning problems. The situation of learning loss and decreased motivation to learn is one of the urgent problems that needs to be resolved immediately. This research aims to determine the effect of learning skills training in quantum learning on the learning loss situation and post-pandemic student learning motivation at SMP Negeri 7 Tebing Tinggi. This research uses a Quasi Experimental method with a pretest and posttest design. The research sample was taken by purposive sampling using the results of 75 students. The data collection instrument used was a questionnaire about learning loss and learning motivation. Hypothesis testing using Wilcoxon. The research results show that; 1) The learning loss score during the pretest averaged 94.09 and during the posttest the average score was 85.09, this shows a decrease in learning loss scores experienced by students after skills training in quantum learning. 2) The learning motivation score during the pretest obtained an average score of 124.11 and during the posttest an average score obtained was 129.92. This shows an increase in students' learning motivation after being given learning skills training in quantum learning. Research hypothesis 1 shows that there is an influence of learning skills training in quantum learning on the post-pandemic learning loss situation at SMP Negeri 7 Tebing Tinggi. Research hypothesis 2 shows that there is an influence of learning skills training in quantum learning on students' post-pandemic learning motivation at SMP Negeri 7 Tebing Tinggi.
