Hubungan Antara Self-Esteem dan Interpersonal Relationship dengan Body Image pada Siswi di SMP Ali Bin Abi Thalib Tanjung Morawa

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis hubungan self esteem dan interpersonal relationship dengan Body Image. Menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survey. Sampel sebanyak 58 orang dari 118 populasi dengan teknik purposive sampling. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi linier diketahui bahwa hipotesis pertama diterima karena ada hubungan positif dan signifikan antara self esteem dengan body image dilihat dari nilai koefisien (R2) = 0.244 dengan p = <0.001 < 0.050. Kemudian diketahui bahwa hipotesis kedua diterima karena ada hubungan positif dan signifikan antara interpersonal relationship dengan body image dilihat dari nilai koefisien (R2) = 0.136 dengan p = 0.020 < 0.050. Selanjutnya diketahui bahwa hipotesis ketiga diterima karena ada hubungan positif dan signifikan antara self esteem dan interpersonal relationship dengan body image dilihat dari nilai koefisien (R2) = 0.292 dengan p = <0.001 < 0.050. The aim of this research is to analyze the relationship between self-esteem and interpersonal relationships with Body Image. Using quantitative methods with a survey approach. The sample was 58 people from 118 populations using purposive sampling technique. Based on the results of linear regression analysis, it is known that the first hypothesis is accepted because there is a positive and significant relationship between self-esteem and body image seen from the coefficient value (R2) = 0.244 with p = <0.001 < 0.050. Then it was discovered that the second hypothesis was accepted because there was a positive and significant relationship between interpersonal relationships and body image seen from the coefficient value (R2) = 0.136 with p = 0.020 < 0.050. Furthermore, it is known that the third hypothesis is accepted because there is a positive and significant relationship between self-esteem and interpersonal relationships with body image seen from the coefficient value (R2) = 0.292 with p = <0.001 < 0.050.
