Analisis Penerapan Manajemen Mutu pada Pelaksanaan Proyek Konstruksi Brastagi Supermarket

Abstract

Mutu merupakan salah satu tujuan dan sekaligus indikator kesuksesan suatu pekerjaan konstruksi terutama oleh pemilik proyek terhadap produk dan jasa layanan konstruksi dan konsultansi. Kegagalan konstruksi banyak di sebabkan karena tidak diterapkannya strandar kualitas pelaksaan konstruksi dan tidak sesuai mutu hasil pekerjaan yang sebagai mana mestinya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang menjadi kendala serta menilai tingkat dalam penerapan sistem manajemen mutu pada pelaksanaan proyek Brastagi Supermarket. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif yang diolah dengan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji mean, uji hipotesis dan standar deviasi. Dari hasil setelah dilakukan uji di dapatkan penerapan mutu dan pelaksanaannya berdasarkan skor kuesioner dengan variabel (Y) dan variabel (X) mendapatkan nilai sebesar 𝑌+𝑋=1533+1531=3064:2 =1.532 poin masing-masing variabel. Setelah dilakukan analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa identifikasi sistem manajemen mutu pada pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi struktur Brastagi Supermarket bahwa sistem ini sangat di butuhkan untuk pencapaian kontrak yang telah di sepakati dan mereka selalu menjaga kualitas baik dari segi mutu beton,pekerja, dan pengadaan barang. Serta penerapan manajemen mutu pada pembangunan Brastagai Supermarket sangat di butuhkan karna konstruki yang sedang di jalankan pasti ada target untuk pencapaian atau waktu untuk pembanguan sampe selesai, manajemen itu mengatur atau mengolah biar dapat disiplin atau terarah. Quality is one of the goals and at the same time an indicator of the success of a construction work, especially by project owners for construction and consulting products and services. Many construction failures are caused by non-applied quality standards for construction implementation and not in accordance with the quality of the work as it should be. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that became obstacles and to assess the level of implementation of the quality management system in the implementation of the Brastagi Supermarket project. The method used in this study is a quantitative method which is processed by testing validity, reliability testing, mean testing, hypothesis testing and standard deviation. From the results after the test, it was found that the application of quality and its implementation was based on a questionnaire score with variable (Y) and variable (X) getting a value of Y+X=1533+1531=3064:2 = 1,532 points for each variable. After conducting the analysis it can be concluded that the identification of the quality management system in the implementation of the Brastagi Supermarket structural construction project that this system is very much needed to achieve the agreed contract and they always maintain good quality in terms of concrete quality, workers and procurement of goods. And the application of quality management in the construction of Brastagi Supermarket is really needed because the construction that is being carried out must have a target for achievement or time for development to be completed, management regulates or processes it so that it can be disciplined or directed.
