Pengaruh Pelaksanaan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja pada Keberhasilan Proyek (Studi Kasus Pembangunan Irian Supermarket)

Abstract

Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja (K3) merupakan upaya untuk menciptakan suasana bekerja yang aman, nyaman dan mencapai tujuan yaitu produktivitas setinggi-tingginya. Ada tujuan penelitian Mengetahui pengaruh keselamatan kerja terhadap keberhasilan proyek pembanguna irian supermarket, Mengetahui pengaruh kesehatan kerja terhadap keberhasilan proyek pembanguna irian supermarket, Mengetahui Pengaruh Kesehatan Dan Keselamatan Kerja Terhadap Keberhasilan Proyek Pembanguna Irian Supermarket. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Pembangunan Proyek Irian Supermarket di. Jl Setia Budi Kel. Tanjung Rejo Kec.Medan Sunggal. Proyek ini berjarak 900 m dari Universitas Medan Area kampus 2 ke arah utara. Kesimpulan Pengaruh pelaksanaan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) pada proyek konstruksi pembangunan irian supermarket tergolong berhasil dengan menggunakan uji T. Berdasarkan perhitungan, faktor faktor K3 mempunyai pengaruh atau hubungan sangat kuat terhadap keberhasilan proyek. Berdasarkan analisa didapatkan ada pengaruh pelaksanaan secara positif serta signifikan terhadap kinerja pekerja proyek konstruksi pembangunan irian supermarket berdasarkan kuesioner dilapangan. Persentase pengaruh lainnya yang mempengaruhi kinerja pekerja proyek pembangunan irian supermarket tidak diteliti atau dianalisa oleh peneliti. Occupational Health and Safety (K3) is an effort to create a safe, comfortable working atmosphere and achieve the goal of highest productivity. There is a research objective to find out the effect of work safety on the success of the supermarket irian development project, to know the influence of occupational health on the success of the supermarket irrigation project, to know the effect of occupational health and safety on the success of the supermarket irian development project. This research was conducted at the Irian Supermarket Development Project at Jl Setia Budi Kel. Tanjung Rejo Kec. Medan Sunggal. This project is 900 m from the University of Medan, Campus 2 area to the north. Conclusion The effect of the implementation of occupational safety and health (K3) on the Irian supermarket development construction project is classified as successful using the T test. Based on calculations, K3 factors have a very strong influence or relationship to project success. Based on the analysis, it was found that there was a positive and significant implementation effect on the performance of the Irian Supermarket construction project workers based on field questionnaires. The percentage of other influences that affect the performance of workers in the Irian Supermarket construction project was not investigated or analyzed by researchers.
