Nalisis Faktor-faktor yang Mempengaruhi Produktivitas Pekerja pada Proyek Pembangunan Brastagi Supermarket

Abstract

Pembangunan ekonomi suatu negara tak terlepas dari peran sektor konstruksi yang menjadi tulang punggung pembangunan infrastruktur. Proyek pembangunan, seperti pembangunan gedung, jalan, perumahan, dan fasilitas umum lainnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produktivitas pekerja serta faktor mana yang paling berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas pekerja pada proyek pembangunan Brastagi Supermarket. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dan survei yang diolah dengan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, dan uji mean. Dari hasil perhitungan didapatkan besar nilai produktivitas pekerja berdasarkan nilai-nilai skor kuesioner masing-masing variabel adalah Y = 432+453+648+479+468+644 = 3.124 poin. Setelah dilakukan analisis data, dapat disimpulkan terdapat 6 faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produktivitas pekerja pada proyek pembangunan Brastagi Supermarket yaitu faktor usia, pengalaman kerja, upah, jumlah tanggungan dalam keluarga, kesehatan serta kondisi lapangan. Namun, faktor yang paling mempengaruhi produktivitas pekerja adalah faktor upah dimana variabel ini menduduki peringkat pertama sesuai dengan hasil data SPSS versi 26 dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 32,400. Semakin diberikannya upah yang sesuai dengan standar hidup pekerja, maka semakin tinggi pula produktivitas pekerja tersebut. The methods used in this study are quantitative and survey methods which are processed by validity testing, reliability testing, and testing mean. From the calculation results, it is obtained that the value of worker productivity based on the values of the questionnaire scores for each variable is Y = 432+453+648+479+468+644 = 3,124 points. After analyzing the data, it can be concluded that there are 6 factors that influence worker productivity in the Brastagi Supermarket development project, namely age, work experience, wages, number of dependents in the family, health and field conditions. However, the factor that most influences worker productivity is the wage factor where this variable ranks first according to the results of SPSS version 26 data with a coefficient value of 32.400. The more wages are given in accordance with the standard of living of workers, the higher the productivity of these workers.
