Glutinous corn (Zea mays ceratina) is a type of corn that is increasingly popular and much needed by consumers of sticky corn. The problem that I experienced was a lack of nutrient content or fertilization which was also an obstacle in increasing corn productivity. The research design used was: Nonfactorial Randomized Block Design (RBD) which consisted of 10 treatment levels, each treatment had 9 plants, each treatment had 3 samples, so that the total plant was 450 glutinous corn plants. P = organic fertilizer consisting of 3 types, namely the treatment: P0 = NPK pearl 16:16:16 200 kg/ha, P1 = rice straw compost 5 tons/ha (1.25 kg/plot), P2 = rice straw compost 10 tons/ha ( 2.5 kg/plot), P3 = Rice Straw Compost Fertilizer 15 tons/ha (3.75 kg/plot), P4 = Eco Farming 5 ml/l water, P5 = Eco Farming 7 ml/l water , P6 = Eco Farming 9 ml/l water, P7 = POC Nasa 5 ml l/water, P8 = POC Nasa 10 ml/water, P9 = POC Nasa 15 ml/water. The results of this study indicate that the application of various concentrations of organic fertilizers has a significant effect on the growth of stem diameter and cob weight per plot of corn plants. but no significant effect on growth height, number of leaves, percentage of flowering, cob diameter, cob length, cob weight per sample. The best treatment in increasing the production of corn plants is the treatment P9 = (POC Nasa 15 ml l/water). can produce 15.55 tons/ha.
