dc.description.abstract | Perawat merupakan salah satu profesi di Klinik Citra Medika Medan Marelan yang memiliki peran penting dalam penyelenggaraan pelayanan kesehatan.. Tujuan Penelitian yaitu: Untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kualitas komunikasi perawat di Klinik Citra Medika Kecamatan Medan Marelan Kota Medan. Untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kepuasan pasien di Klinik Citra Medika Kecamatan Medan Marelan Kota Medan. Untuk mengetahui bagaimana factor hambatan kualitas komunikasi perawat terhadap kepuasan pasien di Klinik Citra Medika Kecamatan Medan Marelan Kota Medan. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian korelasional bertujuan untuk menyelidiki sejauh mana variasi pada suatu variabel berkaitan dengan variasi pada satu atau lebih variabel lain, berdasarkan koefisien korelasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa uji statistic Variabel Y (Keputusan Pembelian) menghasilkan nilai konstanta sebesar 11,650 dengan standar error 2,359 sehingga pengaruh promosi dan citra merek menghasilkan sebesar 4,938 dengan upper bound habis dibagi Nol, secara uji linear sederhana maka terdapat Pengaruh Kualitas Komunikasi Perawat Terhadap Kepuasan Pasien Di Klinik Citra Medika Kecamatan Medan Marelan Kota Medan. Unuk uji F diperoleh nilai 43,788 dengan demikian hipotesis diterima, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengaruh kualitas komunikasi perawat berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pasien di Klinik Citra Medika Kecamatan Medan Marelan Kota Medan. Besarnya nilai pengaruh menunjukan bahwa kualitas komunikasi perawat sebagai variabel bebas dapat menjelaskan Kepuasan Pasien di Klinik Citra Medika Kecamatan Medan Marelan Kota Medan sebagai variabel terikat sebesar 59,5% pada kualitas komunikasi perawat artinya dengan adanya maka kepuasan pasien berdampak positif dengan baik. The research objectives are: To find out how the quality of nurse communication influences the Citra Medika Clinic, Medan Marelan District, Medan City. To find out how the influence of patient satisfaction at the Citra Medika Clinic, Medan Marelan District, Medan City. To find out how the factors inhibiting the quality of nurse communication on patient satisfaction at the Citra Medika Clinic, Medan Marelan District, Medan City. The research method used is a quantitative research method. Correlational research aims to investigate the extent to which variations in a variable are related to variations in one or more other variables, based on the correlation coefficient. The results showed that the statistical test of Variable Y (Purchase Decision) produced a constant value of 11.650 with a standard error of 2.359 so that the effect of promotion and brand image was 4.938 with an upper bound divisible by zero. In a simple linear test, there is an effect of nurse communication quality on patient satisfaction. At Citra Medika Clinic, Medan Marelan District, Medan City. For the F test, a value of 43.788 was obtained, thus the hypothesis was accepted, so it can be concluded that the influence of the quality of nurse communication has a positive effect on patient satisfaction at the Citra Medika Clinic, Medan Marelan District, Medan City. The magnitude of the influence value indicates that the quality of nurse communication as an independent variable can explain patient satisfaction at the Citra Medika Clinic, Medan Marelan District, Medan City as the dependent variable of 59.5% on the quality of nurse communication | en_US |
