Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran sektor pertanian, kehutanan dan perikanan terhadap perekonomian Kabupaten Karo dan menganalisis peran subsektor pada sektor pertanian, kehutanan dan perikanan terhadap perekonomian Kabupaten Karo. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder melalui lembaga terkait, data yang digunakan adalah data PDRB. Model analisis data yang digunakan adalah Location Quotient (LQ) , Dinamyc Location Quotient (DLQ), dan penggabungan analisis Loqcationt Quotient (LQ) dan Dinamyc Loqatient Quotient (DLQ). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sektor pertanian, kehutanan dan perikanan merupakan sektor basis di Kabupaten Karo, sektor ini termasuk kedalam tipe I. Peran subsektor pada sektor pertanian, kehutanan dan perikanan ada empat subsektor yang basis yaitu subsektor tanaman pangan, subsektor tanaman holtikultura, subsektor peternakan dan subsektor jasa pertanian dan perburuan, subsektor tersebut masuk kedalam tipe II. Subsektor yang non basis pada sektor tersebut adalah subsektor tanaman perkebunan yang masuk kedalam tipe IV. Dari hasil penelitian ini disarankan pemerintah Kabupaten Karo agar lebih dapat memprioritaskan subsektor pada sektor pertanian, kehutanan dan perkanan yang basis dan memberikan dukungan dengan melakukan penyuluhan kepada petani dan pelaku usaha agar mendorong subsektor nonbasis dan tidak prospektif menjadi basis dan prospektif dimasa yang akan datang agar dapat mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah. This research aims to analyze the role of the agriculture, forestry and fisheries sectors in the economy of Karo Regency and analyze the role of subsectors in the agriculture, forestry and fisheries sectors in the economy of Karo Regency. The method used in this research is the documentation method. This research uses secondary data through related institutions, the data used is GRDP data. The data analysis models used are Location Quotient (LQ), Dinamyc Location Quotient (DLQ), and a combination of Loqcationt Quotient (LQ) and Dinamyc Loqatient Quotient (DLQ) analysis. The results of this research show that the agriculture, forestry and fisheries sectors are the basic sectors in Karo Regency, this sector is included in type I. The role of subsectors in the agriculture, forestry and fisheries sectors is that there are four basic subsectors, namely the food crops subsector, the horticultural crops subsector, the livestock subsector and the agricultural and hunting services subsector, this subsector is included in type II. The non-based subsector in this sector is the plantation crops subsector which is included in type IV. From the results of this research, it is recommended that the Karo Regency government be able to prioritize sub-sectors in the basic agriculture, forestry and food sectors and provide support by providing outreach to farmers and business actors to encourage non-based and non-prospective sub-sectors to become basic and prospective in the future so that they can encourage regional economic growth. |
