dc.description.abstract | Peranan Babinsa (Bintara Pembina Desa) memiliki peranan penting dalam mendukung keamanan, pembangunan, dan kesejahteraan masyarakat di tingkat lokal atau desa. Peranan semacam ini melibatkan beberapa aspek Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peranan Bintara Pembina Desa (Babinsa) dari Koramil 0201/Medan Komando Rayon Militer 11/MD dalam pembinaan kenakalan remaja di Kecamatan Medan Deli. Kenakalan remaja menjadi tantangan sosial yang memerlukan perhatian khusus, termasuk peran Babinsa dalam membantu mengatasi permasalahan ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan merujuk pada teori peranan Soejono Soekanto tahun 2001. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara dengan Babinsa, remaja, serta analisis dokumen terkait. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di Kecamatan Medan Deli dan berlangsung selama dua bulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran Babinsa memiliki kontribusi positif dalam upaya pembinaan kenakalan remaja di Kecamatan Medan Deli. Babinsa berperan sebagai agen perubahan sosial dengan memberikan pembinaan melalui pendekatan edukatif, sosialisasi nilai-nilai positif, serta penyelenggaraan kegiatan bersama remaja. Meskipun demikian, tantangan dalam bentuk koordinasi lintas sektor dan sumber daya masih mempengaruhi efektivitas program pembinaan. This study aims to analyze the role of Village Superintendents (Babinsa) from Koramil 0201/Medan Military District Command 11/MD in fostering juvenile delinquency in Medan Deli District. Juvenile delinquency is a social challenge that requires special attention, including Babinsa's role in helping overcome this problem. This study used a qualitative approach with reference to Soejono Soekanto's 2001 role theory. Data were obtained through observation, interviews with Babinsa, youth, and analysis of related documents. The research location was conducted in Medan Deli District and lasted for two months. The results of the study show that the role of Babinsa has a positive contribution in efforts to foster juvenile delinquency in Medan Deli District. Babinsa acts as an agent of social change by providing guidance through an educative approach, socializing positive values, and organizing activities with youth. Nonetheless, challenges in the form of coordination across sectors and resources still affect the effectiveness of the development program. | en_US |
