dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui apakah layanan dan kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh positifsignifikan secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan sari catering di Medan. Penelitian di lakukan dengan angket yang disebarkan kepada 83 orang sampel yaitu pelanggan di Sari Catering Medan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian Asosiatif yaitu penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetah ui adakah pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. Teknik penelitian yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis statistik regresi linear berganda. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah Kualitas Pelayanan dan kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh positif signifikan secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Sari Catering Medan. This study aims to determine whether service and customer satisfaction have a significant positive effect partially or simultaneously on customer loyalty at Sari Catering in Medan. The research was conducted using a questionnaire distributed to 83 samples, namely customers at Sari Catering Medan. This type of research is associative research, namely research that aims to determine whether there is an effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The research technique used is multiple linear regression statistical analysis technique. The results obtained from this study are service quality and customer satisfaction have a significant positive effect partially or simultaneously on customer loyalty at Sari Catering Medan. | en_US |
