dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Desemeber 2022 sampai Januari 2023. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis kondisi umum rantai pasok jagung sebagai bahan baku emping jagung di lokasi penelitian menggunakan model Food Supply Chain Network (FSCN). Sedangkan untuk menganalisis kinerja rantai pasok jagung sebagai bahan baku emping jagung di lokasi penelitian menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu petani (pemasok bahan baku), pengusaha emping jagung, pedagang emping jagung dan konsumen yang terdiri dari 5 orang petani (pemasok bahan baku), 1 orang pengusaha emping jagung, 5 orang pedagang emping jagung dan 9 konsumen. Lokasi penelitian terletak di UMKM BERKAH di Dusun Sidomulio Desa Bekiung Kecamatan Kuala Kabupaten Langkat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara umum, rantai pasok jagung sebagai bahan baku agroindustri emping jagung di lokasi penelitian ini adalah petani (pemasok bahan baku) – pengusaha emping jagung – pedagang emping jagung – konsumen. Secara bisnis rantai pasok jagung sebagai bahan baku emping jagung sudah menerapkan dua tahapan bisnis yaitu proucurment dan customer order. Kinerja di lokasi penelitian sudah cukup konsisten dengan nilai rasio konsistensi sebesar -0,09. This research was conducted from December 2022 to January 2023. The purpose of this study was to analyze the general condition of the corn supply chain as raw material for corn chips at the research location using the Food Supply Chain Network (FSCN) model. Meanwhile, to analyze the performance of the corn supply chain as a raw material for corn chips at the research location, the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method was used. The samples in this study were farmers (raw material suppliers), corn chip entrepreneurs, corn chip traders and consumers consisting of 5 farmers (raw material suppliers), 1 corn chip entrepreneur, 5 corn chip traders and 9 consumers. The research location is located at BERKAH UMKM in Sidomulio Hamlet, Bekiung Village, Kuala District, Langkat Regency. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that in general, the corn supply chain as a raw material for the corn chip agro-industry at this research location is farmers (raw material suppliers) – corn chip entrepreneurs – corn chip traders – consumers. From a business standpoint, the corn supply chain as raw material for corn chips has implemented two business stages, namely production and customer orders. Performance at the research location is quite consistent with a consistency ratio value of -0.09.en_US
