Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengawasan. Kompetensi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan panen di PT. Langkat Nusantara Kepong, Kebun Maryke Kecamatan kutambaru Kabupaten Langkat. Untuk pengambilan data dilakukan wawancara menggunakan kuesioner terhadap karyawan panen di lokasih penelitian. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin, Sampel yang diambil dari keseluruhan populasi karyawan 15% dari total populasi yaitu sebanyak 31 orang. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Mei tahun 2023 hingga Juni tahun 2023 Di PT. Langkat Nusantara Kepong Kecamatan Kutambaru Kabupaten. Langkat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1. secara parsial pengawasan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Langkat Nusantara Kepong, Kebun maryke 2. secara parsial kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Langkat Nusantara Kepong, Kebun maryke 3. secara parsial kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Langkat Nusantara Kepong, Kebun maryke. This study aims to determine the effect of supervision. Competence and job satisfaction on the performance of harvest employees at PT. Langkat Nusantara Kepong, Maryke Garden, Kutambaru District, Langkat Regency. For data collection, interviews were carried out using questionnaires with harvesting employees at the research location. Sampling using the Slovin formula, samples taken from the entire employee population 15% of the total population, namely as many as 31 people. This research was conducted in May 2023 to June 2023 at PT. Langkat Nusantara Kepong, Kutambaru District, Regency Langkat. The results of the study show that: 1. Partially, supervision has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Langkat Nusantara Kepong, Maryke Gardens 2. Partially competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Langkat Nusantara Kepong, Maryke Gardens 3. Partially job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Langkat Nusantara Kepong, Maryke.
