Pengaruh Stres Kerja Dan Karakteristik Individu Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pt Mitra Agro Servindo Medan

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh stres kerja dan karakteristik individu terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Mitra Agro Servindo Medan. Adapun jumlah populasi 105 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Linier Berganda. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh : 1). Variabel Stres Kerja memiliki nilai t hitung sebesar -0,798. Nilai tersebut lebih kecil dari nilai t tabel (-0,798< 1,659) dengan nilai Sig. yang lebih besar dari 0,05 (0,432 > 0,05). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, variabel stress kerja tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Mitra Agro Servindo. 2). Variabel Karakteristik Individu memiliki nilai t hitung sebesar 1,384. Nilai tersebut lebih kecil dari nilai t tabel (1,384 > 1,659) dan bernilai positif dengan nilai Sig. yang lebih kecil dari 0,178 (0,021 > 0,05). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, variabel karakteristik individu tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Mitra Agro Servindo. 3). Variabel stres kerja dan karakteristik individu secara simultan tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dengan F hitung (1,38<3,08). Dari koefisien determinasi R-Square 0,093 yang berarti kontribusi variabel stres kerja dan karakteristik individu sebesar 9,3% terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Mitra Agro Servindo Medan sedangkan 90,7% sisanya dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. The aim of the research is to determine the influence of work stress and individual characteristics on employee performance of PT Mitra Agro Servindo Medan. The population that used in this research are 105 people. The data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. Results that obtained on this research are: 1). The Work Stress variable has t value of -0.798. This value is smaller than the t table value (-0.798 < 1.659) with a Sig value. which is greater than 0.05 (0.432 > 0.05). This shows that partially, the work stress variable does not have a significant influence on the employee performance of PT Mitra Agro Servindo. 2). The Individual Characteristics variable has t value of 1.384. This value is smaller than the t table value (1.384 > 1.659) and has a positive value with a Sig value. which is smaller than 0.178 (0.021 > 0.05). This shows that partially, individual characteristic variables do not have a significant influence on the employee performance of PT Mitra Agro Servind. 3). The variables of work stress and individual characteristics simultaneously do not have a significant influence, with the F value (1.38<3.08). From the R-Square coefficient of determination value of 0.093, this research found that work stress variables and individual characteristics has 9.3% contribution to the employee performance of PT Mitra Agro Servindo Meda, while the remaining 90.7% is explained by other variables that not examined in this research.
