dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan dukungan tipe kepibadian big five dan Komunikasi Interpersonal terhadap Organizational Citizebship Behavior pada karyawan PT. Trimindo Jaya Mandiri , dengan sampel Penelitian berjumlah 180 karyawan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Teknik Total Sampling. Instumen yang digunakan adalah angket model skala Likert. Teknik Analisa yang digunakan adalah Regresi Berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa: 1) Adanya hubungan yang positif signifkan antara kepribadian big five terhadap organizational citizenship behavior karyawan PT. Trimindo Jaya Mandiri, dengan nilai koefisien determinan prediktor ( R2 ) sebesar 0,348 yang bermakna kepribadian big five berkontribusi sebesar 34,8% mempengaruhi organizational citizenship behavior. 2) Adanya hubungan yang positif signifkan antara komunikasi interpersonal terhadap organizational citizenship behavior karyawan PT. Trimindo Jaya Mandiri, dengan nilai koefisien determinan prediktor ( R2 ) sebesar 0,384 yang bermakna komunikasi interpersonal berkontribusi sebesar 38,4% mempengaruhi organizational citizenship behavior. 3) Adanya Hubungan yang positif signifkan antara kepribadian big five dan komunikasi interpersonal terhadap organizational citizenship behavior karyawan PT. Trimindo Jaya Mandiri, dengan nilai koefisien determinan prediktor ( R2 ) sebesar 0,423 yang bermakna kepribadian big five dan komunikasi interpersonal berkontribusi sebesar 42,3% mempengaruhi organizational citizenship behavior. This research aims to determine the relationship between support for the big five personality types and Interpersonal Communication on Organizational Citizenship Behavior in PT employees. Trimindo Jaya Mandiri, with a research sample of 180 employees. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with a sampling technique using the Total Sampling Technique. The instrument used was a Likert scale model questionnaire. The analysis technique used is Multiple Regression. Based on the research results, it was concluded that: 1) There is a significant positive relationship between the big five personalities and the organizational citizenship behavior of PT employees. Trimindo Jaya Mandiri, with a predictor determinant coefficient (R^2) of 0.348, which means that the big five personality contributes 34.8% to influencing organizational citizenship behavior. 2) There is a significant positive relationship between interpersonal communication and organizational citizenship behavior of PT employees. Trimindo Jaya Mandiri, with a predictor determinant coefficient (R^2) of 0.384, which means that interpersonal communication contributes 38.4% to influencing organizational citizenship behavior. 3) There is a significant positive relationship between big five personality and interpersonal communication on organizational citizenship behavior of PT employees. Trimindo Jaya Mandiri, with a predictor determinant coefficient (R^2) of 0.423, which means that big five personality and interpersonal communication contribute 42.3% to influence organizational citizenship behavior.en_US
