dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas Fisik dan Biologi Air Sumur Bor di Desa Bangun Sari Baru Kecamatan Tanjung Morawa Sumatera Utara. Sampel yang digunakan adalah air sumur bor 10 sumber yang berbeda. Sampel diambil secara aseptis kemudian dibawa ke laboratorium untuk dianalisis. Analisis kualitas fisik dilakukan secara organoleptik. Sedangkan analisis kualitas biologi dengan menggunakan alat coliform kit. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif dengan menampilkan hasil penelitian dalam bentuk tabulasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 9 sampel air sumur bor di Desa Bangun Sari Baru Kecamatan Tanjung Morawa tidak memenuhi persyaratan fisik dan pH. Sampel yaitu sampel 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 dan 9. Air sumur bor dengan kode sampel 10, menunjukkan karakteristik fisik yang sesuai dengan Permenkes No. 2 Tahun 2023 dan nilai pH yang mendekati persyaratan yaitu 6,41. Analisis kualitas biologi menunjukkan bahwa sampel 10 tidak mengandung bakteri coliform dan Eschericia coli, dapat disimpulkan bahwa 90% sampel air sumur bor di Desa Bangun Sari Baru Kecamatan Tanjung Morawa tidak memenuhi persyaratan kualitas fisik dan biologi sesuai dengan standar baku mutu yang ditetapkan. Terdapat satu sampel yang menunjukkan kualitas fisik dan biologi terbaik yaitu sampel 10. The purpuse of this reseacrh was to determine the physical and biological quality of drilled well water in Bangun Sari Baru Village, Tanjung Morawa District, North Sumatra. The samples used were drilled well water from 10 different sourcesand samples were taken aseptically. Physical quality analysis is carried out organoleptically . Meanwhile, biological quality analysis uses a coliform kit. Data were analyzed descriptively. The results showed that 9 samples are samples 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9. Drilled well water with sample code 10, shows physical characteristics that are in accordance with Minister of Health Regulation No. 2 of 2023 and a pH value that is close to the requirements, namely 6,41. Biological quality analysis shows that sample 10 does not contain coliform bacteria and Eschericia coli. It can be concluded that 90 % of the drilled well water samples do not meet the physical and biological quality requirements in accordance with the established quality standards. There is one sample that shows the best physical and biological quality, namely sample 10. | en_US |
