Abstract: menganalisis bagaimana peran pemerintah desa dalam penyediaan Air bersih dan faktor apa saja yang menjadi penghambat dalam penyediaan Air Bersih. dilakukan menggunakan metode kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan melalui observasin, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan menggunakan teori peran menurut Suhardono yang terdiri dari fasilitator, mobilisator, dan regulator. Kajian ini menyimpulkan bahwa indikator fasilitator belum terlaksana dengan baik karena pemerintah desa belum sepenuhnya memberikan fasilitas kepada masyarakat karena fasilitas mengalami keterlambatan yang mengakibatkan pembangunan penyediaan Air Bersih tertunda. Indikator mobilisator sudah tergolong baik dalam menggerakkan masyarakat untuk ikut berpartisipasi dalam pembangunan. Indikator regulator sudah terlaksana dengan baik karena peraturan yang ditetapkan pemerintah desa dapat diterima oleh masyarakat dan masyarak sudah menjalankan peraturan yang sudah ditetapkan. The government's role in providing clean water in a village is currently not very comprehensive because there are several obstacles to developing clean water supplies. This research aims to find out and analyze the role of the village government in providing clean water and what factors hinder the provision of clean water. carried out using qualitative methods. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The researchresults show that by using role theory according to Suhardono which consists of facilitator, mobilizer and regulator. This study concludes that the facilitator indicators have not been implemented well because the village government has notfully provided facilities to the community because the facilities have been delayed which has resulted in the construction of the Clean Water supply being delayed. Mobilizer indicators are considered good in mobilizing the community to participate in development. Regulatory indicators have been implemented well because the regulations set by the village government can be accepted by the community and the community has implemented the regulations that have been set.
