Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja Jalan Jamin Gintinng dan Jalan Dr. Mansyur Medan dengan adanya perubahan arah lalu lintas dan untuk mengetahui penerapan sistem manajemen lalu lintas. Data-data yang diperlukan untuk menunjang analisis dan pembahasan adalah kondisi geometrik jalan, kondisi lingkungan jalan/hambatan samping, kondisi arus lalu lintas (KB, KR, SM, KTB). Hasil analisis ruas Jalan Dr. Mansyur setelah perubahan arus lalu lintas didapat volume tertinggi dengan arus lalu lintas (Q) = 1663,4 Skr/Jam, hambatan samping = 128,8/jam/Jam, kecepatan tempuh(Vs) = 6,00 m/s, derajat Kejenuhan (DJ) = 0,49. Kemudian analisis ruas jalan Jalan Jamin Ginting didapat volume tertinggi dengan arus lalu lintas (Q) = 2171,4 Skr/Jam, hambatan samping = 77,6/jam, kecepatan Tempuh (Vs) = 5,72 m/s, derajat Kejenuhan (DJ) = 0,64. Serta penerepan manajemen lalu lintas yang tepat diterapkan pada Kawasan ruas Jalan Jamin Ginting dan Jalan Dr.Mansyur yaitu menerapkan manajemen kapasitas dengan penerapan rekayasa ruang parkir bagi kendaraan, menerapkan manajemen prioritas dari jalan minor ke jalan mayor, dan menerapkan manajemen rambu lalu lintas. This research aims to determine the performance of Jalan Jamin Gintinng and Jalan Dr. Mansyur Medan with changes in traffic direction and to find out the implementation of the traffic management system. The data needed to support the analysis and discussion are road geometric conditions, road environmental conditions/side obstacles, traffic flow conditions (KB, KR, SM, KTB). Results of analysis of Jalan Dr. Mansyur after changes in traffic flow obtained the highest volume with traffic flow (Q) = 1663.4 Skr/hour, side resistance = 128.8/hour/hour, travel speed (Vs) = 6.00 m/s, degree of saturation (DJ) = 0.49. Then, analysis of the Jalan Jamin Ginting road section found the highest volume with traffic flow (Q) = 2171.4 Skr/hour, side resistance = 77.6/hour, travel speed (Vs) = 5.72 m/s, degree of saturation ( DJ) = 0.64. As well as implementing appropriate traffic management in the areas of Jalan Jamin Ginting and Jalan Dr. Mansyur, namely implementing capacity management by implementing parking space engineering for vehicles, implementing priority management from minor roads to major roads, and implementing traffic sign management.
