Abstract: | Aklimatisasa Bibit Pisang (Musa Paradisiaca L.) Kultur Jaringan Dengan Menggunakan Media Kompos yang Diperkaya dengan Mikroorganisme dan Pasir Sungai. Aklimatisasa Banana Seeds (Musa Paradisiaca L.) Tissue Culture Using Compost Media Enriched With Microorganisms And River Sand. of This study aims to find out that the application of compost soil and river sand has a significant effect on the growth of banana plants (Musa Paradisiaca L.). river sand that has been determined, namely: P1 K3 = 25% PS (river sand) + 75% TK (compost soil), P2 K2 = 50% PS (river sand) + 50% TK (compost soil), P3 K1 = 75% PS (river sand) + 25% TK (compost soil), P0 K4 = 100% PS (river sand) + 0% TK (compost soil), P4 K0 = 0% PS (river sand) + 100% TK (compost soil ). Based on the combination of treatments, it was obtained that there were 5 treatment levels with 4 replications, so the design used in this experiment was a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) Factorial. The results showed that the growth of Capendish banana seedlings using compost media enriched with microorganisms and river sand. Very significant effect on plant growth such as leaf area, plant height and stem diameter, but did not significantly affect the growth of the number of leaves. The growth of capendish banana plants using compost soil media enriched with microorganisms and river sand had a significant effect on capendush banana plants but did not affect the number of leaves in the P4K0 treatment. |
