dc.description.abstract | Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh peluang secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Pengembangan Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM), mengetahui pengaruh orientasi kewirausahaan secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Pengembangan Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh peluang dan orientasi kewirausahaan secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Pengembangan Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) Studi Kasus Makanan Kuliner Daerah Kecamatan Medan Baru. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 64 UMKM Makanan Kuliner Kecamatan Medan Baru, dimana pengambilan sampel sebanyak 64 gerai UMKM Makanan Kuliner Kecamatan Medan Baru yang dilakukan dengan sampel jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda, uji parsial (Uji t), uji signifikasi simultan (Uji F) dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Peluang berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap pengembangan Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM), Orientasi Kewirausahaan berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap pengembangan Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) dan Peluang dan Orientasi Kewirausahaan berpengaruh signifikan dan secara simultan terhadap pengembangan Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) Studi Kasus Makanan Kuliner Daerah Kecamatan Medan Baru. The purpose of this study is to determine the positive and significant influence of opportunity on the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), to determine the positive and significant influence of entrepreneurial orientation on the Development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and to determine the positive influence of entrepreneurial opportunities and orientation. and significant to the Development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) Case Study of Regional Culinary Foods in Medan Baru District. The population in this study were 64 Culinary Food MSMEs in the Medan Baru District, where a sampling of 64 MSME Culinary Food outlets in the Medan Baru District was carried out with a saturated sample. The data collection technique used in this study was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression, partial test (t test), simultaneous significance test (F test) and the coefficient of determination. The results showed that Opportunity had a positive and significant effect on the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), Entrepreneurial Orientation had a positive and significant effect on the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and Opportunities and Entrepreneurship Orientation had a significant and simultaneous effect on the development of Micro Enterprises.
