dc.description.abstract | Perkembangan zaman saat ini sangatlah pesat apalagi diiringi dengan teknologi yang semakin canggih yang menghasilkan berbagai jenis alat yang dapat dikatakan luar biasa, namun didalam pengoperasiannya masih banyak menggunakan tcnaga manusia seluruhnya. Untuk itu penulis mencoba memperkcnalkan penggunaan Zelio Logic Smart Relay yang dapat mempermudah proses pengoperasian pengontrolan alat-alat, yang sebelumnya n nggunakan pcralatan konvensional. Zelio Logic Smart Relay memiliki banyak keunggulan diantaranya dapat bekerja dcngan cukup aman, handal dan tleksibel sehingga sangat cocok digunakan untuk penggunaan dibidang industri, baik kecil maupun sedang. Program yang digunakan dalam_ ZELIO LOGIC SMART RELAY adalah diagram ladder (diagram tangga). Dalam pcnelitian ini penulis membahas bagaimana Zelio Logic Smart Relay beke~ja sccara otomatis dan berkesinambungan ketika dioperasikan dalam mengendalikan arah dan kecepatan serta sudut Motor Stepper. Untuk itu penulis membuat program pada Zelio Logic Smart Relay untuk mengendalikan arah dan kecepatan sarta sudut pada Motor Stepper, penulis juga merancang pengendali Motor Stepper dengan Zelio Logic Smart Relay. Penulis berharap hasil dari tugas akhir ini dapat diterapkan pada kasus yang sebenarnya. The expansion in this periode become more advances even go along with the technology which sophisticated by means the operation still needs the potency of human being The writer is trying to intro duce the use of Zelio Logic Smart Relay which is easier in controlling equipment process ratherthan convensional equipment. Zel io Logic Smart Relay has many advantages for instance it can be used safely, flexible so that is compatible to use in small and medium manufacture. Zelio Logic Smart Relay uses ladder diagram. In this research, the writer studies how Zelio Logic Smart Relay works automatically and continually when Zelio Logic Smart Relay is operated to control the srccd. direction in stepper motor. The writer build Zelio Logic Smart Relay program to control the speed, direction and motor angel, and stake stepper motor controller as well.
