Abstract: | Dalam proses pembuatan campuran beton sangat diperlukan perhatian pengendalian mutu beton. In the process of making concrete mjx is indispensable attention to the quality control of concrete. Temperature water for concrete mixing also affects the quality of concrete and produce a good quality of water used when the temperature accordingly. The purpose of this research was to determjne the best concrete quality of various water temperatures that will try with F AS value equal to the quality of concrete K-175. Comparison of quality of concrete K-175 using materials such as cement, gravel, sand and water. Cement Water Factor (F AS) used 0.60 and the materials that will be used is derived from Patumbak Deli Serdang regency, so that the application field to note the proper water temperature and provide maximum compressive strength of the concrete. The temperature of the water to be tested is (15°C), (26°C), and ( 40°C). The test object in this research is a concrete cube with a size of 15cm x 15cm x l5cm amounted to 20 samples at each temperature. Once testing is done, gained comparisons of different compr:_essive strength of the concrete at each trial is planned with the water temperature of 15°C has an average compressive strength of 217,23 kg/cm2, normal water temperature of 26°C on average compressive strength of 243,83 kg/cm2 and concrete with a water temperature of 40°C on average compressive strength of 225,75 kg/cm2.Temperature water that produces the best compressive strength is 26°C (normal water temperature). |
