dc.description.abstractKenaikan bahan bakar minyak saat ini menyebabkan sebagian besar industri kecil pengecoran logam khususnya aluminitun tidak bisa bertahan hidup. Oleh karena itu, desain dan analisa kalor bahan bakar tungku pengecoran menggunakan gas LPG jauh lebih baik dari pada bahan bakar minyak ummnnya. Peleburan yang terjadi disebabkan karena adanya proses pemanasan pada tungku, kemudian mengalir ke logam yang akan di lebur. Pada proses pemanasan terjadi perpindahan panas secara alarniah baik secara konduksi, konveksi maupun radiasi.
