dc.description.abstract | Perkembangan sistem tenaga listrik dewasa ini . sangatlah pesat, maka perkembangan sistem proteksipun juga mengalami perkembangan yang pesat karena tidaklah mungkin suatu sistem tenaga listrik dengan kapasitas yang besar tanpa sistem proteksi yang dapat diandalkan. Salah satu peralatan proteksi yang sangat penting dalam sistem tenaga listrik adalah Circuit Breaker (CB). Circuit breaker merupakan peralatan pemutus tenaga pada keadaan berbeban, baik pada saat terjadi gangguan maupun untuk perbaikan. Circuit breaker type BHG-114 merupakan salah satu peralatim proteksi yang digunakan pada suatu gardu induk yang menggunakan jenis gardu induk indoor dengan sistem Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS). Circuit breaker type BHG-114 menggunakan gas SF6 (Sulfur Hexaflourida) sebagai media pemadam busur apinya. The BHG-114 type circuit breaker is one of the protection equipment used in a substation that uses an indoor substation type with a Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS) system.
