dc.description.abstractStruktur dengan perkuatan dinding geser menjadi salah satu alternatif untuk bangunan tahan gempa. Ragam material dinding geser memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja struktur yang dapat dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode pushover. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan kinerja variasi dengan atau tanpa dinding geser menggunakan metode analisis pushover pada software ETABS. Preliminary design dan pemodelan dilakukan untuk elemen struktur kolom, balok, pelat, dan dinding geser. Pembebanan diberikan sesuai desain minimum yang disyaratkan pada SNI 1727:2020 serta tata cara perencanaan ketahanan gempa di SNI 1726:2019. Struktur dianalisis menggunakan metode pushover dengan acuan FEMA 356 yang menghasilkan kurva kapasitas kinerja struktur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan menggunakan dinding geser pada struktur berpengaruh terhadap besaran perpindahan atau displacement yang dialami struktur. Hasil dari analisa yang dilakukan yakni 26mm (tanpa dinding geser); 1,5mm (dengan dinding geser), sedangkan untuk simpangan lantai memiliki selisih hasil antara 3,0855/3,531 basement 1; 7,029/6,127 basement 2; 9,174/8,1125 lantai 1; 10,709/9,625 lantai 2; 11,765/10,725 lantai 3; 12,441/11,495 lantai 4; 12,854/11,122 lantai 5; 13,041/13,585lantai 6; 13,079/12,419 lantai 7; 12,997/17,873 lantai 8; 12,843/12,309 lantai 9; 12,628/12,122 lantai 10, perpindahan Struktur dengan dinding geser memiliki level kinerja terbaik berdasarkan besaran simpangan antar tingkat dan koefisien stabilitas, sedangkan tanpa dinding geser struktur tidak akan memiliki kekakuan yang baik daripada menggunakan dinding geser untuk menyerap gaya lateral yang diterima pada struktur. Structures with shear wall reinforcement are an alternative for earthquake resistant buildings. Various shear wall materials have an influence on structural performance which can be analyzed using the pushover method. This study aims to compare the performance of variations with or without shear walls using the pushover analysis method in ETABS software. Preliminary design and modeling is carried out for structural elements of columns, beams, slabs and shear walls. The loading is given according to the minimum design required in SNI 1727:2020 and the procedure for planning earthquake resistance in SNI 1726:2019. The structure is analyzed using the pushover method with reference to FEMA 356 which produces a structure performance capacity curve. The results showed that using a shear wall on the structure affects the amount of locking or displacement experienced by the structure. The results of the analysis carried out are 26mm (without shear walls); 1.5mm (with shear walls), while for floor deviations the difference is between 3.0855/3.531 basement 1; 7.029/6.127 dungeon 2; 9.174/8.1125 1st floor; 10,709/9,625 2nd floor; 11,765/10,725 floor 3; 12,441/11,495 4th floor; 12,854/11,122 5th floor; 13.041/13.585floor 6; 13,079/12,419 7th floor; 12,997/17,873 8th floor; 12,843/12,309 9th floor; 12,628/12,122 10th floor, Structures with shear walls have the best level of performance based on the amount of drift between stories and the stability coefficient, whereas without shear walls the structure will not have good stiffness than using shear walls to absorb the lateral forces received on the structure.en_US
