dc.description.abstract | Dalam membangun pembangkit tenaga yang perlu diperhatikan adalah masalah efisiensi, misalnya PLTGU. Telah dikenal sebagai pembangkit listrik yang mempunyai efisiensi yang relatif tinggi. Dimana gas buang yang dihasilkan PL TG dimanfaatkan kembali untuk memanaskan air boiler sehingga dapat memproduksi uap untuk memutar turbin uap dan turbin uap memutar generator sehingga dapat menghasilkan tenaga listrik. Turbine uap adalah merupakan suatu mesin konversi yang melibatkan ban.yak peralatan pendukung (alat bantu) yang mendukung pengoperasiaannya. Salah satu peralatan pendukung turbin uap adalah external condensate preheater gunanya untuk memanaskan air condensate sebelum dimasukkan ke dalam boiler. External condensate preheater ini adalah mencegah menempelnya sulfur (S) pada pipa pemanas bertemperatur rendah. Dan efek menempelnya belerang (sulfur) dapat mengakibatkan terhambatnya perpindahan panas pada pipa boiler. Dan terjadinya korosi pada pipa. In devoloving of power plant what need to be paid attention is the problem of efficiency for example power station of energy gas and vapour (PLTGU) have been known as by power station having efficiency which high relative where gas throw which as yielded by gas turbine se-exploited to heat water in boiler so that can produce vapour to turn around steam turbine and steam turbin turn around generator so that can yield electric power. Steam turbine is to represent on machine convert energy entangling many equipments of supporter cappliance assist supporting its operating. One of the auxiliary steam turbine is external condensate preheater. The function is to heat air condensate prior to be incorporated into boiler. The external condensate preheater is used when the turbine gas uses a high solar diesel (HSD). The air of heating is to prevent an attachment of sulphur (S) to the lower temperature heater. And the effect of such an attachment of sulphur is the delayed of heat on boiler piping and corrosion on the piping. | en_US |
