Abstract: | Di dalam pelaksanaan suatu proyek konstruksi akan melibatkan beberapa pihak (baik Pemilik, Konsultan. Kontraktor) sehingga selalu menimbulkan banyak pembahan-perubahan yang terpdi, perubahan itu akan terus berlangsung selama umur proyek baik pada masa persiapan/pra pelaksanaan, masa pelaksanaan dan penyelesaian akhir. Untuk mengendalikan perubahan-perubahan itu hams dibuat suatu sistern pengendalian ag::tr proyek dapat terlaksana dengan baik, misalnya dalarn hal pengendalian pengawasan proyek yang mernerlukan tenaga-tenaga ahli di bidangnya rnasing-masing. Untuk keperluan pengendalian ini, penyusunan paket-paket pekerjaan (Work Breakdown Structure) clan struktur organisasi (Organization Breakdown Structure) yang jelas dan terp e:-inci dalam suatu proyek sangat diperlukan. Untuk menunjang hal tersebut mab seorang manager proyek harus mengetahui dasardasar dalam pengendalian pengawasan seperti yang diuraikan pada Bab II Dalam pelaksanaannya seorang manager harus memegang prinsip "rnenempatkan orang yang tepat pada tempatnya clan pada waktu yang tepat",. Penyampaian informasi/laporan dini yang terperinci dari masing-masing pengawas lapangan, waktunya harus sesingkat mungkin, karena informasi/laporan ini dapat membantu pihak manajemen Konsultan Pengawas dalam mengendalikan pelaksanaan pe•1gawasan proyek tersebut.. Dengan menerapkan hal di atas. diharapkan mampu meminimalisasi Penyimpangan- penyimpangan yang terjadi di dalam suatu proyek. Sehingga mutu pro: ek yang dicapai sesuai dengan yang tertuang di dalam spesifikasi teknis dokumen kontrak). By implementing the above. is expected to be able to minimize Deviations that occur in a project.
