dc.description.abstract | Persimpangan jl. Gatoto Subroto yang berhubungan dengan JI. Guru Patimpus dan JI. Adam Malik merupakan salah satu daerah pusat perdagangan, dengan tingkat kepadatan arus lalu lintas dipersimpangan cukup besar karena tingginya aktivitas dikiri dan kanan ruas jalan tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mencari derajat kejenuhan, tundaan dan peluang antrian, serta meningkatkan kinerja simpang Gatot Subroto medan, dengan menggunakan MK.JI 1997. Berdasarkan penelitian, bahwa kondisi persimpangan JI. Gatot Subroto pada saat ini tidak memadai untulc menampung arus lalu lintas yang ada. hal ini dapat dilihat dari derajat kejenuhan pada Jl. Guru Patimpus sebesar 0,957, Jl. Adam Malik sebesar 0,957, JI. Gatot Subroto sebesar 0,957, dimanan angka melebihi variabel batas normal derajat kejenuhan 0,85. Panjang antrian JI. Guru Patimpus sebesar 441 smp/jam, JI. Adam Malik sebesar 800 smp/jam, JI. Gatot Subroto sebesar 301 smp/jam. Dengan nilai tundaan rata-rata pada JI. Guru Patimpus 123,9 detik/smp, JI. Adam Malik sebesar 88,5 detik/smp, JI. Gatoto Subroto sebesar 153 dt/smp. Dari basil perhitungan skenario diatas nilai tundaan terendah terjadi pada skenario 2 (dua) yaitu, analisa dengan data arus lalu lintas eksesting, geometri eksesting, fase dirubah menjadi 2 fase , pergerakan arus LTOR (belok kiri langsung) diperkenankan disetiap lengan simpang, nilai tundaan rata-rata skenario 2 sebesar 34,566 detik/smp indek tingkat pelayanan D. Intersection JI. coresponding Gatoto Subroto between JI. Learn the Patimpus and JI. Adam Malik represent one of area center the commerce, with the level of density of big enough intersection traffic current because left activity height and the joint streets right. Intention of this research is look for degree of saturation, tundaan and queue opportunity, and also improve the performance digress the Gatot Subroto field, by using MKJI 1997. Pursuant to research that condition of intersection JI. Gatot Subroto at the moment is not adequate to accomodate the existing traffic current . this matter is visible from saturation degree of JI. Learn the Patimpus of equal to 0,957, JI. Adam Afalik of equal to 0,957, JI. Gatot Subroto of equal to 0,957, there are number exceed the normal boundary variable degree of saturation 0,85. length of Queue JI. Learn the Patimpus of equal to 441 smp I clock, JI. Adam Malik of equal to 800 smp I clock, JI. Gatot Subroto of equal to 301 smp I clock. With the value of tundaan mean of JI. Learn the Patimpus 123,9 detik I smp, JI. Adam Malik of equal to 88,5 detik I smp, JI. Gatoto Subroto of equal to 153 dt I smp.
