dc.description.abstract | Penggunaan agregat halus kaca yang dibuat dari jenis kaca lembaran soda lime, mulai dikembangkan untuk membuat beton kinerja tinggi. Agregat halus kaca ini dibuat dalam bentuk bubuk dengan ukuran dan ditribusi yang serupa agregat halus/ pasir alam. Penggunaannya diharapkan dapat memanfaatkan limbah hasil samping industri untuk komponen industri konstruksi dan untuk mengatasi kekurangan pasir alam yang tersedia. Pengujian di laboratorium terhadap kuat tekan uniaksial menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan bubuk kaca dalam beton kinerja tinggi menghasilkan kekuatan beton gelas (kaca) yang masih dapat ditingkatkan. Beton gelas dengan rasio water-cement (WIC) yang relatif kecil menghasilkan kuat tekan yang mendekati beton pasir. Untuk W/C 0,25 menghasilkan kuat tekan beton gelas lebih dari 48 Mpa pada umur 28 hari. The use of fine glass aggregate made from soda lime sheet glass is starting to be developed to make high performance concrete. This fine glass aggregate is made in powder form with a size and distribution similar to fine aggregate/natural sand. It is hoped that its use can utilize the resulting waste side of industry for construction industry components and to overcome the shortage of available natural sand. Laboratory tests on uniaxial compressive strength show that the use of glass powder in high performance concrete results in the strength of glass concrete which can still be increased. Glass concrete with a relatively small water-cement ratio (WIC) produces a compressive strength close to that of sand concrete. A W/C of 0.25 produces a compressive strength of glass concrete of more than 48 MPa at 28 days. | en_US |
