Abstract: | Kesimpulan Dari hasil perhitungan serta analisa yang dilakukan penulis dilapangan maka dapat di arnbil kesimpulan sebagai berikut: l. Ketel uap yang di gunakan adalah ketel uap p1pa apt dengan merk VICKERS buatan australia dcngan kapasitas uap 18 ton/jam 2. Uap yang dihasilkan di gunakan unluk mcrnutar turhin, kcperluan daerator serta untuk proses pengolahan buah kelapa sawit, dimana uap yang digunakan untuk proses pengolahan berasal dari uap yang keluar setelah memutar turbin 3. Tekanan uap yang di hasilkan olch kctel =21 kg/cm2 4. Bahan bakar yang di gunakan adalah cangkang dan serabut 5. Jumlah bahan bakar yang di gunakan untuk menghasilkan uap =3620,8 kg/jam 6. Nilai pembakaran bawah bahan bakar "'-4597, 175 kkal /kg 7. Nilai pembakaran atas bahan bakar =4769,3 kkal/kg 8. Kebutuhan udara tiap jam =348531,5696 k~jam 9. J umlah pi pa waler wall = 151 batang Jumlah pipa back pass =480 batang l 0. Diameter dalam drum =2 ,66 meter dengan tebal = 1,512241 cm 11. Kecepatan gas asap keluar dari cerobong asap 18, 18 m/detik 12. Suhu uap keluar dari pipa super heater 300°C 13. Efisiensi ketel sebesar 80% 14. Dari hasil analisa yang dilakukan penulis, jika dibandingkan dengan data-data yang diperoleh dilapangan tidak jauh berbeda, dengan demikian, bahwa pengoperasian ketel uap di PT SOCFINDO berjalan dengan baik serta ke1el yang digunakan masih layak untuk digunakan. Conclusion From the results of calculations and analysis carried out by the authors in the field, the following conclusions can be drawn: l. The steam boiler used is a p1pa apt steam boiler with the brand VICKERS made in Australia with a steam capacity of 18 tons/hour 2. The steam produced is used for the purpose of heating oil and oil palm fruit processing, where the steam used for the processing process comes from the steam that comes out after rotating the turbine 3. The steam pressure produced olch kctel =21 kg/cm2 4. The fuel used is shell and fibres 5. Amount of fuel used to produce steam =3620.8 kg/h 6. The value of combustion under the fuel “'-4597, 175 kcal /kg 7. Combustion value over fuel =4769.3 kcal/kg 8. Air requirement per hour =348531.5696 k~h 9. J umlah pi pa waler wall = 151 bars Number of back pass pipes =480 bars l 0. The inner diameter of the drum =2.66 meters with a thickness = 1.512241 cm 11. The speed of the flue gas coming out of the chimney is 18.18 m/sec 12. Steam temperature out of super heater pipe 300°C 13. The efficiency of the boiler is 80% 14. From the results of the analysis carried out by the authors, when compared with the data obtained on the field, it is not much different, thus, that the operation of the steam boiler in PT SOCFINDO is running well and the electricity used is still suitable for use. |
