Subjects were clerks in the FIELD USU Faculty of Medicine, amounting to 73 Employees. Measuring instrument used is the job satisfaction instrument consisting of 45 items (a = 0.960). Analysis of the data using Product Moment correlation data analysis, found that the hypothesis proposed in this study is not accepted (rejected), ie there is No Relationship Between Job Satisfaction with Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) At FK Employees - USU Medan. This is evidenced by values or coefficient difference Anova F = 0255 with p = 0.099> 0.050. Furthermore, by looking at the average value is known that employee satisfaction FK USU Medan higher with an average value of 134.26 compared to the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) its average value 86.47. Then the results of the calculation of the empirical mean and hypothetical mean is obtained that employee satisfaction FK USU Medan at the high category for the hypothetical mean (112.5) is smaller than the empirical mean (134.26), where the difference exceeds the value of SD (19,558) and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) are in the low category for the hypothetical mean (87.5) is greater than the empirical mean (86.47), where the difference exceeds the value of SD (18 174).en_US
