dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara variabel bebas (persepsi karyawan terhadap iklim organisasi) dengan variabel terikat (produktivitas kerja) dan hubungan antara variabel terikat (produktivitas kelja) dengan variabel sertaan (masa kerja dan pendidikan), dengan menggunakan analisis Multiple Regresion. Subjek penelitian adalah karyawan produksi PT. Bakrie Sumatera Plantations Thk Kisaran. Berdasarkan analisis data, didapat basil sebagai berikut: 1) terdapat hubungan signiflkan yang positif antara persepsi terhadap iklim organisasi dengan produktivitas kerja karyawan PT. Bakrie Sumatera Plantations Thk Kisaran. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan R = 0,051 ; p = 0,00 berarti p < 0,01, maka hipotesis diterimalterbukti. Dapat dinyatakan bahwa semakin positif persepsi karyawan terhadap iktim organisasi, maka semakin tinggi produktivitas kerjanya. Sebaliknya semakin negatif persepsi karyawan terhadap iklim organisasi, maka semakin rendah tingkat produktivitas kerjanya. 2) Tidak ada kontribusi dari masa kelja terhadap persepsi karyawan tentang iklim organisasi dan produktivitas kelja. Hal ini dibuktikan oleh t = 0,351 ; p = 0,761 berarti p > 0,05, maka hipotesis ditolak. 3) Tidak adanya konrtibusi tingkat pendidikan terhadap persepsi karyawan terhadap iklim organisasi dan produktivitas kerja, terbukti dengan t = -0,531 ; p = 0,609 berarti p > 0,05, maka hipotesis ditolak. 4) Persepsi karyawan tentang iklim organisasi memberikan pengaruh sebesar 25, 1% terhadap produktivitas kelja, sisanya 74,9% pengaruh dari faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. 5) Secara umum, karyawan PT. Bakrie Sumatera Plantations Tbk Kisaran bagian produksi, diasumsikan memiliki produktivitas kerja yang rendah. Dengan mean hipotetik = 2130,102 dan mean empirik = 2097,5510. This research aims to look at the relationship between the independent variable (employee perception of organizational climate) and the dependent variable (work productivity) and the relationship between the dependent variable (work productivity) and the accompanying variables (work period and education), using Multiple Regression analysis. The research subjects were production employees of PT. Bakrie Sumatra Plantations Thk Kisaran. Based on data analysis, the following results were obtained: 1) there is a positive significant relationship between perceptions of organizational climate and work productivity of PT employees. Bakrie Sumatra Plantations Thk Kisaran. This is proven by R = 0.051; p = 0.00 means p < 0.01, then the hypothesis is accepted and proven. It can be stated that the more positive the employee's perception of the organizational climate, the higher their work productivity. On the other hand, the more negative the employee's perception of the organizational climate, the lower the level of work productivity. 2) There is no contribution from the work period to employee perceptions about organizational climate and work productivity. This is proven by t = 0.351; p = 0.761 means p > 0.05, then the hypothesis is rejected. 3) There is no contribution of education level to employee perceptions of organizational climate and work productivity, as proven by t = -0.531; p = 0.609 means p > 0.05, then the hypothesis is rejected. 4) Employee perceptions of organizational climate have an influence of 25.1% on work productivity, the remaining 74.9% is influenced by other factors not examined in this research. 5) In general, employees of PT. Bakrie Sumatra Plantations Tbk The production section is assumed to have low work productivity. With a hypothetical mean = 2130.102 and an empirical mean = 2097.5510. | en_US |
