dc.description.abstract | Untuk pengolahan plastik menjadi tutup botol biasanya menggunakan proses cetak injeksi (injection molding) agar mendapatkan produk yang bagus dan proses pengerjaan yang cepat. Merancang cetakan tutup botol model ulir, Mendeskripsikan metode pembuatan cetakan tutup botol untuk mesin injection molding agar beroperasi dengan baik dan menghasilkan tutup botol yang berkualitas dan sesuai dengan hasil rancangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan survei dan pengumpulan data atau kelapangan pada subjek penelitian sebagai metode penelitiannya, setelah data selesai dikumpulkan, dari hasil pengujian cetakan tutup botol menggunakan jenis plastik PP (Polypropylene) maka di dapat hasil pengujian disuhu 190 derjat C – 200 derjatC dan hasilnya maksimal dan dengan pengukuran volume tutup botol dengan gelas ukur dengan volume gelas ukur 30 ml dan setelah itu dimasukkan tutup botol kedalam gelas ukur dan volume tutup botol adalah 3 ml. Pembuatan yang baik didalam suatu pembuatan cetakan injection molding ini intinya terletak pada cetakan dan produk yang dihasilkan dengan pembuatan cetakan untuk komponen tutup botol ini didapatkan perhitungan, Hasil cetakan yang baik dan ideal pada bahan plastik PP (Polypropylene) Penyusutan produk hasil dari material plastik PP. For processing plastic into bottle caps, an injection molding process is usually used in order to get a good product and a fast processing process. Designing a screw cap mold, describes the method of making bottle cap molds for injection molding machines so that they operate properly and produce quality bottle caps according to the design results. This study used a quantitative method with surveys and data collection or fieldwork on research subjects as the research method. After the data was collected, from the results of testing the bottle cap molding using a PP (Polypropylene) type of plastic, the test results were obtained at a temperature of 190 degrees C - 200 degrees C and the results were maximum and by measuring the volume of the bottle cap with a measuring cup with a measuring cup volume of 30 ml and after that the bottle cap was put into a measuring cup and the volume of the bottle cap was 3 ml. Good manufacturing in the manufacture of injection molding molds lies in the molds and products produced by making molds for bottle cap components. Calculations are obtained. Good and ideal printing results on PP (Polypropylene) plastic material. Shrinkage of products resulting from PP plastic material. | en_US |
