Faktor Konsentrasi ZPT (Z) terdiri dari 4 taraf yaitu : Z0 = Control (Tanpa ZPT); Z1 = ZPT Etilen 20 ml/L air; Z2 = ZPT Etilen 30 ml/L air; Z3 = ZPT Etilen 40 ml/L air, 2. Faktor Konsentrasi PGPR (P) terdiri dari 4 taraf yaitU: P0 = Kontrol (Tanpa PGPR); P1 = PGPR Konsentrasi 4% (40 ml/L); P2 = PGPR Konsentrasi 5% (50 ml/L); P3 = PGPR Konsentrasi 6% (60 ml/L). LCC planting in oil palm plantations uses conventional LCC, namely Pueraria javanica, Calopogonium mucunoides, and Calopogonium careuleum. But now they have switched to the LCC type Mucuna bracteata because this type has advantages compared to other types including high biomass production, resistance to drought and shade, not preferred by livestock, covers the soil quickly and can compete with weeds. The research design method was carried out using a factorial randomized block design (RBD), which consisted of 1 treatment factor, namely; 1. ZPT concentration factor (Z) consists of 4 levels, namely: Z0 = Control (without ZPT); Z1 = ZPT Ethylene 20 ml/L water; Z2 = ZPT Ethylene 30 ml/L water; Z3 = ZPT Ethylene 40 ml/L water, 2. PGPR Concentration Factor (P) consists of 4 levels namely: P0 = Control (without PGPR); P1 = PGPR Concentration 4% (40 ml/L); P2 = PGPR Concentration 5% (50 ml/L); P3 = PGPR Concentration 6% (60 ml/L). Thus obtained a combination of treatments as many as 32 treatment plots. The combination of treatments between ethylene ZPT and pGPR bamboo roots showed a significant effect on Mucuna bractaeta in all observation parameters such as number of leaves, shoot length, and number of branches.
