Analisis Hasil Uji Lab untuk Kelayakan Pengadaaan Air Bersih pada Rumah Sakit Regina Maris Medan

Abstract

Berdasarkan penyusunan tugas akhir ini penelitian dilakukan pada Rumah Sakit Regina Maris Medan yang bertempat di Jl. Brigjend Katamso No. 403, 405, Kel. Sei Mati Kec. Medan Maimun. Penelitiian ini berfokus untuk menganalisis ketersediaan dan kelayakan pengadaan air bersih pada Gedung Rumah Sakit Regina Maris Medan. Kemudian akan memperbandingkan hasil uji laboratorium dengan kadar maksimum parameter yang di perbolehkan atau diterapkan dalam Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan (PERMENKES 416/MENKES/ PER/ IX/1990) tentang kualitas air bersih. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode pengambilan sampel air pada lavatory/toilet RS Regina Maris Medan untuk dilakukan pengujian laboratorium air gabungan untuk mengetahui kadar parameter yang terkandung dalam air tersebut sehingga dapat diterima menjadi air bersih. Penelitian ini hanya menguji parameter fisika dan parameter kimia seperti pengujian pada tingkat kekeruhan, padatan terlarut (TDS), suhu, rasa, bau, pH, besi (Fe), kesadahan (CaCO₃), mangan (Mn), nitrit (NO₂), kadmium (Cd), kromium (Cr), seng (Zn), sulfat (SO₄), timbal (Pb), zat organik (KMnO₄) dan warna dalam air bersih tersebut. Dari hasil data pengelolaan ketersediaan air di RS Regina Maris dan data analisa hasil uji laboratorium untuk kualitas air gabungan yang diperbandingkan dengan PERMENKES tersebut agar menjadi air bersih telah memperoleh hasil baik atau tidak ditemukannya kendala ataupun tidak melebihi batas maksimum kadar parameter yang dinyatakan oleh PERMENKES tersebut. Sistem pengadaan air bersih pada Rumah Sakit Regina Maris pun sudah sesuai standar di rumah sakit pada umumnya yang sudah di uji dan diawasi selama proses pemasangan dan pembuatan pengadaan air gabungan tersebut oleh PT. Cremona Para Mitra selaku pihak konsultan pengawas pembangunan RS tersebut. Based on the preparation of this final assignment, the research was conducted at the Regina Maris Hospital Medan which is located on Jl. Brigadier General Katamso No. 403, 405, Ex. Sei Mati Kec. Medan Maimun. This study focuses on analyzing the availability and feasibility of clean water supply at the Regina Maris Hospital Building in Medan. Then it will compare the results of laboratory tests with the maximum levels of parameters allowed or applied in the Minister of Health Regulation (PERMENKES 416/MENKES/PER/IX/1990) regarding the quality of clean water. The research method used the method of taking water samples in the lavatory/toilet of RS Regina Maris Medan for a combined water laboratory test to determine the levels of the parameters contained in the water so that it can be accepted as clean water. This study only tested physical and chemical parameters such as tests on turbidity level, dissolved solids (TDS), temperature, taste, odor, pH, iron (Fe), hardness (CaCO₃), manganese (Mn), nitrite (NO₂), cadmium (Cd), chromium (Cr), zinc (Zn), sulfate (SO₄), lead (Pb), organic matter (KMnO₄) and color in the clean water. From the results of data on management of water availability at Regina Maris Hospital and analysis data from laboratory tests for combined water quality compared to the PERMENKES, so that clean water has obtained good results or no problems were found or did not exceed the maximum parameter levels stated by the PERMENKES. The clean water supply system at Regina Maris Hospital is also up to standard in hospitals in general which has been tested and supervised during the process of installing and manufacturing the combined water supply by PT. Cremona Para Mitra as the consultant supervising the construction of the hospital.
