Analisis Pengaruh Penerapan Aspek- Aspek K3 Kontruksi Terhadap Kinerja Pekerja Pada Proyek Pembangunan Princetion Boutique Living

Abstract

Dengan menerapkan teknologi pengendalian keselamatan dan Kesehatan kerja, diharapkan tenaga kerja akan mencapai Kesehatan fisik, daya kerja, dan tingkat Kesehatan yang tinggi.Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan kuisioner sebagai pengumpulan data, sampel yang digunakan adalah 30 karyawan proyek pembanguan princetion boutique living, analisis data mengunakan uji regresi linier berganda menggunakan program software SPSS Versi2.6. Berdasarkan 9 uji SPSS, didapatkan hasil data tanggapan responden valid, reliabel, data tersebar normal, tidak terjadi multikolinieritas, dan terdapat pengaruh keselamatan dan kinerja karyawan. persamaan regresi linier berganda yang menunjukan arah pengaruh variabel (X1) dan (X2) terhadap variabel (Y) yaitu : Y = 41,606 + 0,266X1 + 0,144X2. Semakin tinggi pengaruh posif variabel keselamatn kerja dan Kesehatan kerja maka kinerja karyawan akan semakin tinggi. Terdapat pengaruh antara keselamatan kerja (X1) terhadap kinerja karyawan(Y). Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikan 0,029 < 0.05 dan diketahui nilai R Square sebesar 0,509. Nilai ini mengandung arti bahwa pengaruh keselamatan kerja(X1) terhadap kinerja pekerja karyawan (Y) adalah sebesar 50,9% sisanya 49,1% pengaruh antara Kesehatan kerja (X2) terhadap kinerja karyawan(Y). Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikan 0,003 < 0.05 dan diketahui nilai R Square sebesar 0,509. Nilai ini mengandung arti bahwa pengaruh Kesehatan kerja (X2) terhadap kinerja pekerja karyawan (Y) adalah sebesar 50,9% sisanya 49,1%.
