Abstract: Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Amplas Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan. Kabupaten Deli Serdang, Provinsi Sumatra utara. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Oktober 2022 sampai Februari 2023. Adapu metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah RAK ( Racangan acak kelompok ) faktorial, dengan 2 faktor perlakuan ,yaitu 1) Faktor perlakuan pemberian kompos limbah kubis (K) yang terdiri dari 4 taraf ,yaitu K0; tanpa perlakuan ,K1= Kompos 10 ton/ha ; K2= Kompos 20 ton/ha ; K3= Kompos 30 ton/ha ; 2) Faktor perlakuan dengan pemberian Plant Growth Promoting Rhizobacteria (P) yang terdiri dari 4 taraf ,yaitu P0; tanpa perlakuan ,P1= Konsentrasi 1% ; P2= Konsentrasi 2% ; P3= Konsentrasi 3%, masing masing ulangannya di ulangi sebanyak 2 kali sehingga terdapat 32 plot percobaan yang setiap plot terdiri dari 6 tanaman dengan 3 tanaman sampel didalamnya. Parameter yang diamati yaitu : Tinggi tanaman (cm), diameter batang (mm), jumlah cabang produktif, bobot buah tanaman persampel, bobot buah per plot, umur berunga. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut : 1) Pemberian pupuk kompos limbah kubis brassica tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang nyata terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman cabai rawit seperti tinggi tanaman, diameter batang, jumlah cabang produktif, umur berbunga, berat buah per sampel, dan berat buah per plot. 2) Pemberian PGPR menunjukkan pengaruh yang nyata terhadap berat buah per sampel akan tetapi tidak menunjukkan pengaurh yang nyata terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman seperti tinggi tanaman, diameter batang, jumlah cabang produktif dan umur berbunga serta berat buah per plot. 3) Selanjutnya kombinasi permberian pupuk kompos limbah kubis brassica dan PGPR tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang nyata terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman cabai rawit seperti tinggi tanaman, diameter batang, jumlah cabang produktif, umur berbunga, berat buah per sampel dan berat buah per plot tanaman cabai rawit. This research was conducted in Amplas Village, Percut Sei Tuan District. Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra Province. This research was conducted from October 2022 to February 2023. The method used in this study was factorial RAK (randomized block design), with 2 treatment factors, namely 1) Treatment factor for giving cabbage waste compost (K), which consisted of 4 levels, namely K0; without treatment, K1 = 10 ton/ha compost; K2= Compost 20 ton/ha ; K3= Compost 30 ton/ha ; 2) The treatment factor by administering Plant Growth Promoting Rhizobacteria (P) which consists of 4 levels, namely P0; without treatment, P1 = 1% concentration; P2 = 2% concentration; P3 = 3% concentration, each repetition was repeated 2 times so that there were 32 experimental plots, each plot consisting of 6 plants with 3 sample plants in it. Parameters observed were: plant height (cm), stem diameter (mm), number of productive branches, fruit weight per sample plant, fruit weight per plot, flowering age. The results of this study were as follows: 1) The application of brassica compost did not show a significant effect on the growth and production of cayenne pepper plants such as plant height, stem diameter, number of productive branches, flowering age, fruit weight per sample, and fruit weight per plot . 2) The application of PGPR showed a significant effect on fruit weight per sample but did not show a significant effect on plant growth such as plant height, stem diameter, number of productive branches and flowering age and fruit weight per plot. 3) Furthermore, the combination of giving brassica compost and PGPR did not show a significant effect on the growth and production of cayenne pepper plants such as plant height, stem diameter, number of productive branches, flowering age, fruit weight per sample and fruit weight per cayenne pepper plant plot.
