dc.description.abstract | Kemacetan adalah situasi atau keadaan tersendatnya atau bahkan terhentinya lalu lintas yang disebabkan oleh banyaknya jumlah kendaraan melebihi kapasitas jalan. Kemacetan banyak terjadi di kota-kota besar, terutamanya yang tidak mempunyai transportasi publik yang baik atau memadai ataupun juga tidak seimbangnya kebutuhan jalan dengan kepadatan penduduk. Beberapa faktor pendukung terjadinya kemacetan, yaitu bertambahnya jumlah penduduk dan kebutuhan akan sarana transportasi, kendaraan yang berhenti dan parkir, penyeberang jalan, dan kendaraan tak bermotor. Penelitian ini tentang kinerja lalu lintas akibat besarnya hambatan samping terhadap kecepatan pada suatu ruas jalan. Beberapa metode yang dapat digunakan untuk menganalisa kinerja suatu ruas jalan diantaranya adalah Pedoman Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia 2014. Dari hasil perhitungan didapat volume kendaraan tertinggi dari arah Flamboyan Raya menuju Tanjung Selamat sebesar 518 skr/jam dan total volume kendaraan dari arah Tanjung Selamat menuju Flamboyan Raya sebesar 505,9 skr/jam dengan kapasitas ruas jalan sebesar 1240,206 skr/jam. Derajat kejenuhan dari jalan Flamboyan Raya sudah melebihi kapasitas jalan sehingga 0,83 maka dihasilkan tingkat pelayanan nilai D. Congestion is a situation or situation where traffic is hampered or even stops due to the large number of vehicles exceeding the road capacity. Congestion often occurs in big cities, especially those that do not have good or adequate public transportation or where road demand is not balanced with population density. Several factors support the occurrence of traffic jams, namely the increase in population and the need for transportation facilities, vehicles that stop and park, pedestrians, and non-motorized vehicles. This research is about traffic performance due to the magnitude of side obstacles on speed on a road section. Several methods that can be used to analyze the performance of a road section include the 2014 Indonesian Road Capacity Guidelines. From the calculation results, the highest vehicle volume from the direction of Flamboyan Raya to Tanjung Selamat is 518 cur/hour, and the total vehicle volume from the direction of Tanjung Selamat to Flamboyan Raya at 505.9 cur/hour with a road capacity of 1240,206 cur/hour. The degree of saturation of the Flamboyan Raya road has exceeded the road capacity so that it is 0.83, resulting in a service level of D value. | en_US |
