dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh layanan konseling individual teknik kreatif dengan menggunakan media clay dan puppet terhadap harga diri siswa dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif kuasi eksperimen. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMP Sultan Iskandar Muda Medan. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 176 siswa dengan pengambilan sampel secara Random Sampling. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala harga diri. Berdasarkan analisis data Wilcoxon diperoleh Jhitung>Jtabel dimana 3 > 0. Karena nilai 3 lebih besar dari < 0 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa “Ha diterima” yang berarti ada pengaruh layanan konseling individual teknik kreatif dengan menggunakan media clay terhadap harga diri siswa. Selanjutnya ada pengaruh layanan konseling individual teknik kreatif dengan menggunakan media puppet terhadap harga diri siswa dengan perolehan data Jhitung>Jtabel dimana 1 > 0, Karena nilai 1 lebih besar dari < 0 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa “Ha diterima”. Kemudian Ada perbedaan harga diri siswa yang diberikan layanan konseling individual teknik kreatif dengan menggunakan media clay dan harga diri siswa yang diberikan layanan konseling individual teknik kreatif dengan menggunakan media puppet, dengan data Jhitung>Jtabel dimana 3 > 0. Karena nilai 3 lebih besar dari < 0 diketahui bahwa terdapat perbedaan antara harga diri siswa yang mendapat layanan konseling teknik kreatif dengan menggunakan media clay dan media puppet, dimana kelompok media clay memiliki rata-rata 90,25 dan media puppet memiliki rata-rata 93,25, setelah dilakukan pemberian layanan konseling individual teknik kreatif dengan menggunakan media puppet lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan siswa yang mendapat konseling individual teknik kreatif dengan menggunakan media clay, dengan selisih nilai 12. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa “Ha diterima”. Artinya secara bersama-sama antara layanan konseling individual teknik kreatif dengan menggunakan media clay dan puppet mempengaruhi harga diri siswa di SMP Swasta Sultan Iskandar Muda. This study aims to determine the effect of individual creative counseling services using clay and puppet media on student self-esteem using quantitative quasiexperimental methods. The research was conducted at Sultan Iskandar Muda Medan Junior High School. The number of respondents in this study was 176 students with Random Sampling. The measuring instrument used in this study is the self-esteem scale. Based on the Wilcoxon data analysis, it was calculated that Jtabel where 3> 0. Because the value of 3 is greater than < 0, it can be concluded that "Ha is accepted", which means there is an influence of individual counseling technique using creative clay media on student self-esteem. Furthermore, there is the influence of individual creative counseling services using puppet media on students' self-esteem with the acquisition of Jcount data> Jtabel where 1> 0, because the value of 1 is greater than <0, it can be concluded that "Ha is accepted". Then there are differences in the self-esteem of students who are given individual counseling services using creative clay media and the self-esteem of students who are given individual counseling services using creative puppet media, with data Jcount data> Jtabel where 3> 0. Because the value of 3 is greater than < 0 it is known that there is a difference between the self-esteem of students who get creative counseling individual services using clay and puppet media, where clay media groups have an average of 90.25 and puppet media groups have an average of 93, 25, after giving individual counseling services to creative techniques using higher media compared to students who received individual creative counseling techniques using clay media, with a difference in value of 12. Then it can be concluded that "Ha is accepted". This means that together between individual counseling services, creative techniques using clay and puppet media influence student self-esteem at Sultan Iskandar Muda Medan Junior High School.en_US
