dc.description.abstract | Kesulitan usaha perlu diantisipasi dengan melakukan tindakan pengujian empirik melalui kajian terhadap lokasi, dan kajian kualitas Iayanan yang dapat mempengaruhi proses terwujudnya kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lokasi dan kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada UD . Githa. Sampel dalam penelitian ini 97 cus t omer yang mengunjungi UD Githa Medan. Berdasarkan uji t lokasi dipero leh dengan nilai t dipero leh thitung ( 2 .402) > ttabel (1,66 1) dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,018< 0 ,05, kemudian variabel kualitas layanan diperoleh t hitung (7.001) > t tabel (1,661) dengan nilai signifikansi sebesa r 0,0 00 < 0,05 dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel lokasi dan kualitas layanan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pe langgan pada UD Githa Medan. Business difficulties need to be anticipated by carrying out empirical testing actions through location studies and service quality studies which can influence the process of realizing customer satisfaction. This research aims to analyze the influence of location and service quality on customer satisfaction at UD. Gita. The sample in this study was 97 customers who visited UD Githa Medan. Based on the location t test, the t value was obtained by tcount (2,402) > ttable (1.66 1) with a significance value of 0.018<0.05, then the service quality variable was obtained tcount (7,001) > ttable (1.661 ) with a significance value of r 0.000 <0.05, thus it can be concluded that the location and service quality variables partially have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at UD Githa Medan. | en_US |
