Hubungan Konformitas dengan Konsep Diri Remaja Pada Anggota Cosplay Di Medan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan konformitas dengan konsep diri remaja pada anggota cosplay di Medan. Hipotesi yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini a4alah hubungan negatif antara konformitas dengan konsep diri remaja pada anggota cosplay di Medan. Semakin tinggi konformitas remaja pada anggota cosplay, maka semakin negatif konsep diri remaja pada anggota cosplay. Sebaliknya semakin rendah konformitas remaja pada anggota cosplay, maka semakin positif konsep diri remaja pada anggotas cosplay. Penelitian ini melibatkan 85 orang cosplayer. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode purposive sampling. Pengwnpulan data dalam pengambilan data ini menggunakan metode skala yang terdiri dari 2 skala, yaitu skala konformitas yang mengacu pada aspek yang dikemukakan oleh Baron Byrne (2005) dan skala konsep diri yang disusun berdasarkan aspek konsep diri yang dikemukakan oleh Fitss (Agustina, 2006). Metode analisa data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan fasilitas program spss dengan teknik korelasi product moment dari Person. Hasil penelitian mentmjukkan korelasi rxy = -0,605; p = 0,000 < 0,05. Artinya mempunyai hubungan sebesar 36,7% antara konformitas dengan konsep diri remaja pada anggota cosplay di Medan. Hal ini membuktikan hipotesis yang dikemukakan peneliti diterima . This research aims to find out whether there is a relationship conformity with adolescent self-concept among cosplay members in Medan. Hypothesis proposed in this research is a negative relationship between conformity with adolescent self-concept among cosplay members in Medan. The higher it is adolescent conformity in cosplay members, the more negative their self-concept teens on cosplay members. On the other hand, the lower the adolescent's conformity among cosplay members, the more positive the adolescent self-concept of the members will be cosplay. This research involved 85 cosplayers. Retrieval technique The sample used in this research was a purposive sampling method. Data collection in this data collection uses a scale method consists of 2 scales, namely the conformity scale which refers to aspects that proposed by Baron Byrne (2005) and a self-concept scale was compiled based on aspects of self-concept proposed by Fitss (Agustina, 2006). The data analysis method used in this research uses facilities spss program with product moment correlation technique from Person. Research result shows a correlation rxy = -0.605; p = 0.000 < 0.05. It means having There is a 36.7% relationship between conformity and adolescent self-concept cosplay members in Medan. This proves the hypothesis put forward researchers accepted.
