dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara motivasi kerja dengan disiplin kerja pegawai Dinas Kehutanan dan Perkebunan Kabupaten Langkat. Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah ada hubungan positif antara motivasi kerja dengan disiplin kerja pegawai pada Dinas Kehutanan dan Perkebunan Kabupaten Langkat. Semakin tinggi motivasi kerja pegawai maka semakin tinggi pula disiplin kerja pegawai tersebut dan sebaliknya semakin rendah motivasi kerja pegawai maka semakin rendah pula disiplin kerja pegawai tersebut. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berjumlah 83 pegawai. This research aims to determine the relationship between work motivation with the work discipline of District Forestry and Plantation Service employees Step up. The hypothesis proposed is that there is a positive relationship between motivation work with the work discipline of employees at the Forestry and Plantation Service Langkat Regency. The higher the employee's work motivation, the higher also the employee's work discipline and conversely the lower the work motivation employee, the lower the employee's work discipline.
