Abstract: Pada dasarnya penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hubungan lingkungan kerja dengan stres kerja pada karyawan PT. Socfmdo Seunagan. Diasumsikan bahwa lingkungan kerja baik maka stress kerja semakin menurun atau sebaliknya lingkungan kerja buruk maka stress kerja semakin meningkat. Penelitian ini disusun berdasarkan metode skala stress kerja disusun berdasarkan aspek stress kerja yaitu: Aspek Fisik,Aspek Psikis, dan Aspek Perilaku. Dan skala lingkungan kerja disusun berdasarkan Aspek yang mempengaruhi perilaku karyawan yaitu : struktur kerja, tanggung jawab,perhatian.kerjasama antar kelompok, kelancaran komonukasi, perlengkapan dan fasilitas, susunan kerja, dan lingkungan tempat kerja. Kedua skala menggunakan metode Iikert. Berdasarkan analisis data, maka diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut : ada hubungan negatif yang signiftkan antara Lingkungan Kerja dengan Stres kerja, dimana rxy = -0.453 ; p = 0.00 < 0,05 Artinya artinya semakin baik lingkungan kerjanya maka akan semakin rendah tingkat stress kerja karyawannya. Berdasarkan hasil ini berarti hi potesis yang diajukan diterima. Dengan lingkungan kerja dalam penelitian ini diketahui memberikan pengaruh 20.6% terhadap stres kerja pada karyawan. Dan memiliki faktor lain dalam mempengaruhi stress kerja yaitu faktor fisik, faktor psikis, · faktor perilaku, memberikan pengaruh 79.4 % terhadap stress kerja pada karyawan. Basically, this research aims to determine the relationship between the work environment and work stress in PT employees. Socfmdo Seunagan. It is assumed that if the work environment is good, work stress will decrease or conversely, if the work environment is bad, work stress will increase. This research was prepared based on the work stress scale method based on work stress aspects, namely: Physical Aspects, Psychological Aspects, and Behavioral Aspects. And the work environment scale is arranged based on aspects that influence employee behavior, namely: work structure, responsibility, attention, cooperation between groups, smooth communication, equipment and facilities, work structure, and workplace environment. Both scales use the Iikert method. Based on data analysis, the following results were obtained: there is a significant negative relationship between the work environment and work stress, where rxy = -0.453; p = 0.00 < 0.05 This means that the better the work environment, the lower the employee's work stress level. Based on these results, it means that the proposed hypothesis is accepted. The work environment in this research is known to have a 20.6% influence on work stress in employees. And have Other factors influencing work stress, namely physical factors, psychological factors, behavioral factors, have a 79.4% influence on work stress in employees.
