dc.description.abstractKinerja adalah hasil kerja yang dapat dicapai oleh seseorang atau kelompok orang dalam suatu perusahaan sesuai dengan wewenang dan tanggung jawab masing-masing dalam upaya pencapaian tujuan perusahaan. Adversity quotient (AQ) adalah kecerdasan yang dimiliki seseorang dalam mengatasi kesulitan dan sanggup bertahan hidup. Dengan AQ seseorang dapat mengukur kemampuannya dalam mengatasi setiap persoalan hidup untuk tidak berputus asa. Kinerja dapat dipengaruhi oleh adversity quotient (AQ) dimana adversity quotient (AQ) tersebut memberikan sikap yang positif terhadap kinerja. Dengan adanya adversity quotient (AQ) karyawan akan memiliki kinerja yang baik sehingga perusahaan akan menjadi lebih maju. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan adversity quotient (AQ) dengan kinerja karyawan PT. Bank Mega Syariah Kcp Tembung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Bank Mega Syariah Kcp Tembung yang berjumlah 45 orang, sehingga penelitian ini merupakan penelitian populasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah total sampling. Bentuk skala dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala likert dengan koefisien reliabilitas adversity quotient (AQ) 0,917 dan kinerja 0,898. Analisa data menggunakan korelasi product moment. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan analisis data menggunakan product moment diperoleh koefisien hubungan sebesar 0,699; p= 0,000 < 0,010 artinya ada hubungan yang signifikan antara adversity quotient (AQ) dengan kinerja. Adversity quotient (AQ) memberikan pengaruh sebesar 48,8% terhadap kinerja. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adversity quotient (AQ) tergolong positif dibuktikan melalui empat aspek yaitu control, ownership and origin, reach dan endurance. Performance is the work result that can be achieved by a person or group people in a company according to authority and responsibility each in an effort to achieve company goals. Adversity quotient (AQ) is the intelligence a person has in overcoming difficulties and able to survive. With AQ someone can measure their abilities in overcoming every problem in life not to give up. Performance can influenced by the adversity quotient (AQ) where the adversity quotient (AQ) is provide a positive attitude towards performance. With adversity quotient (AQ) employees will have good performance so that the company will become more advanced. This research aims to determine the relationship adversity quotient (AQ) with the performance of PT employees. Bank Mega Syariah Kcp Tembung. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The population in this study were employees of PT. Bank Mega Syariah Kcp There are 45 people in Tembung, so this research is research population. The sampling technique is total sampling. Deep scale shape This research uses a Likert scale with an adversity reliability coefficient quotient (AQ) 0.917 and performance 0.898. Data analysis using correlation product moment. Based on the results of data analysis calculations using product moment obtained a relationship coefficient of 0.699; p= 0.000 < 0.010 meaning there is a significant relationship between the adversity quotient (AQ) and performance. Adversity quotient (AQ) has an influence of 48.8% on performance. Based on the research results, it shows that the adversity quotient (AQ) classified as positive, proven through four aspects, namely control, ownership and origin, reach and endurance.en_US
